We really enjoyed the delicious food and service. Authentic tortilla made fresh. We had vegetarian fajita with market vegetables and the salad. The starters were also nice. We had chips and salsa. It was very cold outside and the temperature inside was warm and comfortable. Very nice ambiance near the window seats. Great quantity too.

We had a great early dinner at Pedro’s. By the time we left it had filled up and on Wednesday. Vanessa looked after us and the service was excellent. We ordered a few dishes and nearly finished it all! The menu has plenty to choose from without overwhelming with choices. The fitout is amazing with booth’s and standard dining tables. Very impressed all round

Pretty decent food for a Mexican restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere and great service. Food was good, not super excellent. But very tasty and decent size portions. Expected the food to be more authentic Mexican with a little bit more zing and spice. I would have to say a little on the bland side, but definitely worthwhile going and prices were reasonable. The ambience was great within the restaurant. Staff was friendly as well. I got the chicken enchilada, chicken, hard shell taco, and the beef tamale. The red salsa was absolutely the best thing that I enjoyed there. It was thick and chunky. I don’t like when the salsa is watered down. This was quite the opposite and very tasty.

I went with a small group. I was able to reserve a table ahead of time. The place was nice. Large bar area. We had a booth in the corner. They had some entertainment for Day of the Dead, which is why we picked it. We had the special cocktail. They were accommodating to make a change in my cocktail, but we found all 3 of us had a slight variation to the cocktail. Which is not what we wanted. So not everyone was happy with the drinks. The food was excellent. We shared a salad with Carne Asada and the meat was tender and tasty. The others had the surf and turf taco and raved about how good they were. You have to pay for chips and salsa here, which was a little odd for a Mexican restaurant. All in all, we were happy and would go back and recommend it. The manager also stopped by and checked on us a couple times.

Hands down some of the best contemporary Mexican food in the Bay Area if not California. Pedro’s wasn’t exactly a dining destination before they re-opened last year, but the new ownership and Chef has reinvented the place and the food is definitely worth driving out of the way for. You can taste the high-quality ingredients and the care in the cooking and presentation. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

I was pleasantly surprised by this newly remodeled location. The decor, particularly the lighting design and fixtures, are gorgeous making this a phenomenal spot for a date, romantic gathering, or a pleasant time with someone you’d like to converse with over a meal. I found the food to be excellent, the Chef has reimagined Mexican cuisine in an appealing way. The presentation of the dishes certainly make a great first impression and the flavors do their job in delighting the palate. The cocktails are enticing, creative, and there is something for everyone. While I understand this restaurant is somewhat newly opened and still working on itself, I am happy to include it into my rotation as I have seen continuous improvement after visiting it on three separate occasions. I am particularly happy that with this restaurant’s addition into the downtown Los Gatos food scene, there are now 3 main players for Mexican Cuisine (Zona Rosa, Andale, and now Pedro’s). All 3 locations have very different options and positioning for those seeking Mexican food. One thing that I like about this location is that it is right across the street from the “Electrify America” charging stations in the Bank of America parking lot. This makes it an enticing proposition to grab a margarita, chips and guacamole while your car is charging. Or, Why not have a bowl of Pozole instead at the bar counter while watching your favorite team on the TVs? I also noticed that they have a great spot/stage(?) for potential live performances or presentations. Additionally, there is a phenomenally looking table in the back area of the restaurant away from it all that can provide a wonderful area for a corporate or family gathering. If there was one thing I would recommend the management to do, it would be to spend more focused time on training the serving staff with a consistent program so that the service matches the rest of the restaurant’s positioning. This is where I see some inconsistency which can be addressed. You got your decor down, your ambiance is spectacular, your menu is looking and tasting great, now make sure you implement your signature service plan with your serving staff. I look forward to more visits. Make the service operations stand out for your guests.

Restaurant has a very nice Mexican decor and vibe. Bar section is separate and rest of the restaurant has plenty of tables. Food was very delicious and flavorful. FYI, the portion are very large so 1 order will be plenty for 2 because they give chips to begin with and that fill your stomach plenty of parking spaces outside. Staff is very friendly. They do have few veg option in main course.

Great tacos and signature dishes. Also good cocktails. Chips salsa was good too but I was not amazed with the guacamole. Recommending their signatures dishes. The other stuff that I tried was ok; not suggesting though.

We were there for a birthday celebration, 18 people in all. We were given our own room, with 2 tables for 10 people each. While the restaurant knew it was a “big” birthday, they did absolutely nothing to make it special. No party hat, no balloons, no signing “happy birthday”, no chips & salsa on the table until we ordered, nothing. So that was disappointing. I also felt the service was sub-par, as we had to ask for water refills, and drinks too. The food was good, as were the margaritas.
