I ordered two classic burgers off of uber eats and both burgers had bacon in it. This is absolutely ridiculous because I only eat halal. Pork is prohibited for religious reasons. I eat the beef from Epic because it is halal, so the staff must be cautious and pay attention to orders. It is the month of Ramadan and I was breaking my fast with this. This is completely unacceptable.

This is a great spot to go when you’re on a budget, or as a student. 12 dollars for a filling burger, or 5 dollars during the happy hour, is genuinely so worth it. As Muslims, we are disadvantaged because there are so many places around us—in malls especially—that aren’t halal or halal friendly. Being a halal certified establishment with cheaper prices at one of the most visited malls in Illinois is not only a great idea but an honest promise to Epic Burger’s community that they are for the people and that they care about the demographic who visits them. The food is not subpar, my favorite is the single patty and the hot honey sandwich, and it’s all so so good. The service is astounding and the cooks as well as the cashiers always have a smile on their face. I am so happy that my Muslim friends and I are lucky enough to have this place near us, many memories were made here during Ramadan and the school year. Very very thankful for this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience at Epic Burger in Skokie, and I have to give a special shoutout to Christian for his excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made sure I felt welcome. It’s rare to find such friendly and attentive staff, and Christian really went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable.
As for the food, it was just as epic as the name suggests! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I also loved the variety of toppings and sides available. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned.

We lost our Chicago location at my job and defected to this location. It’s at the front of the mall and has all the goodies the Chicago location had.
The veggie burger, shakes, and chicken sandwich are fantastic.
The decor is perfect and the staff is very friendly.
Parking can be tight on certain days arch mall so keep your eyes peeled.

Epic Burger is a true Chicago staple. I am a big foodie when it comes to all things Chicago and this is by far one of the best burger joints out there in the Midwest. If you ever are around in the northern suburbs, this is a must visit! I had the Italian Beef Burger and it has so much flavor, its to die for. They also serve it with a side of Au Jus and my god it would just wonderful.
