Five Guys = Five Stars (and then some)
Ate dinner here tonight with my family and wow… this place was on point from start to finish. The burgers were juicy, the fries were overflowing (as they should be), and the vibes were immaculate.
Shoutout to Daniel the manager — the man was everywhere at once. Attentive, multitasking like he had 3 clones, and still super friendly. If customer service were an Olympic sport, Daniel would be taking home gold .
Rebecca took our order so smoothly and so fast that I’m convinced she has telepathic abilities. I was still thinking about what I wanted and somehow she already knew. Mind. Blown.
And let’s talk about Nico at the fries station — this guy was in his element. Those French fries were crispy, fresh, and clearly made with love and potato passion. Absolute fry wizard ✨.
Great food, great staff, great experience. My family left full, happy, and already talking about when we’re coming back. Five Guys, you absolutely nailed it

Terrible experience at Five Guys in Miami.
I received my order like this (fries all over the bottom of the bag, cup flipped over, everything mixed together), and the staff were unbelievably rude.
For the price and for such a well-known chain, I expected at least some respect and decent service. I definitely do not recommend this location.

The burger was tasty, no doubt.
Staff was okay, but they didn’t offer me a combo meal — even though I ordered fries, a burger, and a cola.
That’s frustrating.
What bothered me most was how dirty the restaurant was.
Tables, floor, and even the drink area looked neglected.
Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Five Guys is a burger paradise! The sandwiches are incredibly tasty—juicy patties, fresh toppings, and that perfect bun make every bite a delight. They pile on huge portions of hot, crispy fries (seriously generous!), and the drink selection is super abundant with free refills on sodas, shakes, and more. Fast, fresh, and satisfying—total winner!

The food was abysmal. I am diabetic and was crashing out so I ate it anyway. The burger was wet and sloppy. Too much of all the sauces. You couldn’t grab it. I also asked for mushrooms and they gave me grilled onions. The fries taste like rancid oil. I don’t think they ever clean the outside tables. Skip this place or make your order very specific and be willing to return what you get.

My daughter and her friend went here today. The person working the register received $25 from my daughter and punched in $20. And told my daughter she only gave them a$20. I sent my daughter in with $25. My daughter did not know enough to request a manager and left the restaurant upset. SHAME on this worker for scamming children!! I will NEVER give business to this scummy place again. Shame on you!!
Manager, please have a talk with your employees about honesty and scamming children. I can only imagine how many others this happens to.

Five Guys in Midtown Miami is truly a gem! The staff here are some of the nicest around—always welcoming, friendly, and eager to make sure you have the best experience possible. The burgers, as expected, are amazing. Juicy, cooked to perfection, and customizable with a variety of fresh toppings, it’s everything you want from a classic burger joint. Everyone here goes above and beyond to ensure you feel right at home, and it’s a place that never disappoints. It’s no wonder this spot remains an all-time favorite for burger lovers in Miami!

Horrible experience. Paid $45 to feed two people a burger, fries and soda. I’m normally ok to pay this at 5 Guys but not this location. First of all they are not friendly at all. Cashier was short and curt. Their burgers are precooked and left in a tin box. The buns precooked, dry and cold. Watched them try to re-grill the burger and melt cheese on it. Very disappointed. Do not eat here! There is a Brazilian burger place a few doors down to try.
