Honestly a really bad experience. I ordered chicken strips and they were stale and dry, definitely not fresh. I complained and they replaced them, but the second batch was just as bad — old and barely edible. Super disappointing, especially from McDonald’s. Feels like they don’t even check the food before serving.

The worst of it? There was a sign saying “employees must wash hands before working” I came in to eat for breakfast one day and I asked an employee to wash my hands for me. They laughed at me.
Imagine going to eat a hearty breakfast getting laughed at and little ankle biters screaming and wailing like the next Minecraft movie came out. These kids need to touch grass, not in Minecraft omg

Came here on a Monday night. Worst possible service I’ve ever encountered. Bunch of young adults with no leadership roles. Half of them standing around and talking on their phone not even working. Place is a joke. Get a new manager or someone that actually knows how to manage a store/ people. Never going back.

Here’s an update, figuring that perhaps they needed training or time to get settled after the remodel, but nope not a thing has changed.wait times are still incredibly long. The food hasn’t gotten any better. They newest photo is my recent “Big Mac” not even close. The remodel hasn’t done a darn thing for the wait time, and inability to get an order correct.
Instead of spending so much money on a remodel, why not put it towards a proper training.
My order almost always has something wrong with it or missing. Missing one of two apple pies. Burgers had no pickles when having asked for extra. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through.

They forgot about my order completely. I waited in a spot 2 after the told me to and they never came out so I backed up and I asked about my food and they said oh can we get your receipt so we can get your order since apparently they didn’t. Terrible terrible bunch in there. I’ll avoid this one now at all cost.

I got the BEST Qt ponder deluxe meal!!! Not the first time either so gotta shout out!!! LOVE how everything ❤️ including fries were hot n ready!!! Soooo good!!! But the best part, my burger was made with love and care and sooo delicious THANK YOU!!! I hate a sloppy one or when I get basically no tomatoes and that’s the whole point in my opinion of the order (I love tomatoes ). THANK YOU whoever MADE MY NIGHT. Work/life is hard, I appreciate you more than you know. Love this particular McDonald’s for great consistency, customer service, and ultimately best food.

I bought a quarter pounder on 07/12/21 and this is how the meat was cooked. I find it disgusting!!! They really need to do a better job. Not only that I waited at least ten minutes for it, you would have thought they cooked it right.
