This tim hortons does not meet standard. We went through the drive through and ordered valentine’s day timbits and two donuts. We were informed at the order station that one of the donuts was not available. After paying for our order we were informed that the other donut was not available. We made the substitution for the donut, and when we received our order, the valentine’s timbits were actually just plain timids. When we informed the employee, he took the timbits back through the drive through window into the restaurant and proceeded to coat the timbits with frosting and threw a minuscule amount of sprinkles into the box. He then handed them out the window without a word or apology for the inconvenience or the mistaken order. The look on his face was that of annoyance that he got called out for giving us the wrong order.
The donuts and timbits were stale and tasted awful. We were very disappointed and were offered no solution or customer service to remedy the situation.
Avoid this location if you can help it.

Melissa and Brian were so kind so help me out when another location was closed due to a water main break. For some reason, the closed location was still listed for pickup, and I know now that the app is run by a third party. While the app, corporate, and this third party failed me, Melissa and Brian gave me fantastic service and were more than happy helping me get my order!

Love this little store. Stopped by on our way to Indy for a coffee and donut break and it was ace. Staff remembered my sons from last year and were awesome. Had a good time and got to thank the staff for there hospitality and super great coffee. 😀

I am consistently let down. I’ve gone 6 times in a year to give it another shot bc it didn’t use to suck this badly. I just want extra cream cheese on my bagel. That’s all. Every time I’ve been charged for extra bc I just want cream cheese, I say to charge me extra. Including today. I’ve never left a food review literally ever. But I just sobbed this morning. Even other locations. Stop eating here. I’m paying more for air. I just want what I paid EXTRA for.

I hate to write a bad review because the customer service is so good on some days like today but the food just doesn’t turn out the way you want. It’s like you have to be very specific for a simple order.
I asked for a classic bagel with strawberry cream cheese.
In my 22 years of life and my family growing up with Tim Hortons, I have not seen such thing. They normally spread the cream cheese on your bagel theirselves.. very disappointing.
I recommend just going to Tim Hortons down the street towards Groveport.

Ordered two Carmel ice caps and neither were full. They first handed us mediums that were filled to the job. After telling them we had larges they gave us two that were slightly above half full. They would not fix it and were extremely rude, the African American girl was racist to us being white. Happened October 1st 2024 around 6:55am. At South Hamilton Road location. This is unacceptable.
