This place should totally have a higher rating. The staff is great, the pizza is so delicious and the salad bar is awesome! I was visiting from Kooskia and I was so impressed with the pizza. Evan the gluten free pizza was good. They have a small arcade which was great for the kids. I was impressed!

Food- The pizza we eventually got was pretty good. I may have given it 5 stars if it hadn’t been cut so horribly wrong. I think they started out cutting it into squares then change to wedges.
Service- I have gotten pizza delivery in the past, but that’s not an option any more and simply too complicated to fix online. I tried to order online and it wasn’t worth the hassle. We went there to place an order in person to go. We were told 25-30 minutes. After much delay we deduced that they were having trouble with their ovens. It took well over an hour for us to get the food in our hands.
Atmosphere- The two young workers seemed quite overwhelmed and the SUPER grumpy owner was there berating them loudly, talking about how much their food sucks and how his employees were lousy. They, the employees, were clearly set up to fail with faulty equipment and poor procedures. It wasn’t just awkward it was unacceptable and I hope the owner loses the business to someone who treats people better.

Definitely don’t recommend the pizza factory. Especially tonight. Bunch of people in the back that don’t work there, seen horseplay going on in the back and our food wasn’t prepared correctly. Asked for a hot sub and it all came out cold. Definitely not worth the price. Work ethic and pride in work has definitely crashed.

No matter what time you come in, the lady with the short brown hair in charge always yells out obnoxiously its a 45-minute wait. It was as if she didn’t want customers always trying to talk them out of eating in-house. The two young boys are constantly messing around. Right after they were playing catch with the frozen chicken and dropped it on the ground, they then proceeded to play in the cheese with their bare, unwashed hands. All of them are lazy except one lady she was working quietly in the back doing her job she wasn’t a teen or young adult she was responsible and staying on task.
The ice machine was out, and the salad bar looked really old. this place would be really fun if it had better management or at least train those in a leadership position. A young girl came into get an application, and the management was so lazy she told her to come back tomorrow because she didn’t know where they were. Our whole 20 minutes wait was spent watching the employees mess around with the food. The health department should be called, and the flies are everywhere . The bathroom reflects the lack of motivation displayed by the employees.

When you live in a small town people think local food is the best thing there is. This pizza is nothing special. It’s honestly pretty bad. EVEN Little cezars is a lot better and way cheaper. Their calzones are not great either. People need to go to lewston and try any other pizza. I really hope someone opens a different pizza place here. Any other pizza place would outsell this one. They have way to many teenagers there. All they do is mess around. If you anyone is reading my review, please go eat somewhere else. Go to the food market and buy frozen pizza. It will be 5 to 10 dollars and way better. You can add more cheese and vegetables yourself to it. The health inspector needs to be called on this place. I did not see anyone wash their hands.

Went in and ordered food. Waited and waited. Noticed 2 boxes of food get put on top of the pizza oven. Asked the girl if that was my food. She said No. Didn’t bother to look or ask. Others that came in 15 minutes after me had already been served and were well into their meal at this point. After approx 15 more mins a lady brought me 2 boxes. The ones on top of the oven were no longer there. Asked her if these were those boxes. Yes, she says. I told her that I had asked the other girl and that they weren’t mine. She said the girl was new. No. No, she isn’t. I’ve seen her 2 weeks before when I was there. So, my food had been sitting out getting cold for probably 30 mins or more. The service sucks. Kids working, joking, playing behind the counter, and not paying attention to the job or customers.
Despite this, if you can get your food on time, it is very good. The salads are loaded. The spaghetti and meatballs are wonderful.

Tonight was my first night trying the pizza factory!! My food was absolutely perfect. The lady who helped me named Mariah was absolutely amazing, very generous and told me a little about the food and what she liked. Very good work team!!! Most definitely recommend coming here!!
