We had a great experience here. The burgers were delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service was impressively fast without feeling rushed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. On top of that, the atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable, making it a really comfortable place to sit and eat. Overall, everything came together for a great meal, and we’ll definitely be back.
Our meal was the Holy Shiitake, Fire on the Mountain, we shared K-Baffalo fries & got kids burger.

As I’ve gotten older my palate has become more discerning on what it wants to eat. I’ve stopped eating most fast foods just because of the quality and taste. However my foodie mother-in-law and my mother found the Kowbell online while they were in their hotel rooms. They called us that morning and said they wanted to go. I was pleasantly surprised by the creativity of the decor the efficiency of the kitchen the burger was absolutely delicious I love the little crunch around the edges the fries were amazing and for four people I think my bill was $64 but everybody got a combo which came with a drink and then freeze are souls in like one like a small size and a large size so we only ordered two sets of fries. I felt like the price was fair for the quality of the burger and I got a kid’s Burger.

we ordered two custom hamburgers. both were undercooked but had good flavor. were they they cooked properly? it would have given the five stars. The truffle fries were excellent. a bit pricey.

The most creative and delicious burgers!!!! We definitely need to come back and try the other burgers and fries they have. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Love our first time experience here.

A highly underrated burger spot in the Katy Asian town area!! They have the juiciest burgers with Korean fusion flavors. I highly recommend trying the K Town Cowboy burger, one of the best burgers I’ve had in the past few years. You can tell the ingredients are fresh!! The fries are okay, but the burgers are where it’s at. Really cool art inside as well.

I went in expecting a 4.9-star burger, but unfortunately, it turned out to be more of a 3-star experience. The service was truly excellent — friendly, attentive, and fast — but the burgers didn’t quite live up! The meat was extremely dry, and the bun was so shiny with oil or butter that it made it unpleasant to eat. I finished it mostly because I was starving, not because it was great.
That said, I really like their overall concept and the variety of fries they offer. The “honey butter” fries had potential, but the butter flavor completely overpowered the honey. They’re definitely onto something special, but the recipes need a bit of refinement to reach that 4.9-star promise!! Hopefully they will get better to come back

Currently my best burger place in Houston/Katy. I’ve been on the search for an amazing burger and this place checks all my boxes.

I’ve tried all of their signature burgers now and I can honestly say there is not one that I do not like. I could go in there right now ask them to randomly pick me a burger and it would still be great if I were to pick it myself. Their fries are amazing, I prefer their sweet potato fries but their truffle fries are also very good. When they ask what size fries you want just go with the largest option you can pick, take home what you don’t eat, you won’t regret it. 5/5 food.

Everyone working there is always seen doing something whether it’s cleaning the grill and griddle, cleaning the counters, wiping down tables, bringing out food, or something. Even when it’s slow and they are chatting they make sure their conversations are not drowning out yours or the ambience. Fountain drinks are readily available and one of the few places that still serve Big Red (it’s my favorite soda). 5/5 service

The ambience and atmosphere is small and quaint, there are only 4 main tables and stool bar sitting at the windows. If you come there with a very large group you may end up taking up two booths. There is a QR code on their TV to scan to join the trivia group which is always fun to do with friends. Bathrooms are nice and cleaned, tables are clean, floor is not sticky like other burger places, chairs are kept up well no major damages on any of the stools at the window area. 4/5 atmosphere and ambience.

The sweet potato fries are the best I’ve ever had – They were so crispy!!!

The burgers were delicious too! I got the classic burger with roasted kimchi and added kimchi jam and it was wonderdul. The spicy burger with soy sauce jalapeños was awesome too and actually spicy.

I wish the burgers had just a bit more seasoning on them like salt, but the tasty toppings got the flavors like 90% there on their own! So good and will be back!

ASTOUNDING burger quality in an unassuming storefront. Katy Asian town is already packed with great choices from across the globe, but the burgers here are next level. Sure the toppings and combinations of flavors are interesting, but even if you order a basic bun-n’-done you’re going to taste the quality and care in the ingredients.

I’ve been multiple times at different times of the day, with different levels of busy. They’re consistently good and staff is consistently on their game. The portions are great. The fries are not included but are hot and definitely enough to share across two orders.

I’m making my way through the menu, so far the k-town cowboy and fire on the mountain are fighting for first place.

This place is so underrated… mouthwatering flavor, great variety of choices and even then you can build your own burger. But what sets this place apart from other burger places is their patty!! So juicy, thick and marinated to perfection! For me, it’s the best burger place in Houston; come give them a try and I promise you’ll be happily surprised!
