If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a online order tonight. Estimated delivery 36 minutes. So I call the store after a hour for ayoung lady to tell me its going out for delivery now. Going on 2 hours ,I call back and ask is everything okay, the same young lady responded stating, ” the issue is there is no tip on the receipt so no one took it. Mind you my husband had intentions on paying the tip in cash. So I then ask for a manager, she laughed and said I am the manager, with what sounded like a mouth full of food. I asked for her name, she said it was Mya. This has been the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I asked the the order to be canceled and would I receive confirmation of cancelation. “Mya” stated ” you can come up here and get it”

Tastes better than Pizza Hut or Little Caesars too . Still a little expensive though, but for fast food pizza its pretty good.

We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic knots that said they’d be ready between 10:10-10:20. At 10:10 we got a message saying it was ready for pickup. We were running late and got to the store at 10:35 and they had not even started making the food.(that’s 25 minutes AFTER we were told it was ready) There was only one worker in the store blaring music and he completely ignored me for 10 minutes until my friend came to check on me and he finally acknowledged us. This made us late to an important event and was absolutely terrible customer service. We will not be back. This is not the only bad experience we’ve had with this papa John’s location.

Well don’t order after 930pm cause you’re probably not going to get what you paid for. It’s sad when you haven’t ate anything all day and you finally crave a Papa John’s pizza I ordered a large Cheese stuffed crust pepperoni with cheese sauce on UberEats with traditional sauce extra and a mountain dew. I was supe rexcited when my pie arrived . But my UberEats delivering person did not understand English . So if they can’t read the order how are they going to know how the pizza is supposed be made or what comes with it.

This hasn’t been the first mishap. But tonight, just pitiful. Ordered 3 pizzas. Extra cheese pizza, pepperoni, and a sausage. The sausage just looks like it was thrown together, hardly any cheese and barely any sauce. Just very dry. The extra cheese pizza…nonexistent. The manager was apologetic and made things right. But this hasn’t been the first and I would stop ordering from this location but my kids like PJ pizza.

Papa John’s is my go-to pizza place when I want delivery or pick up, I personally like the works pizza, well done, makes the crust a bit crunchy and I always get the cheese sauce. There the best fast friendly delivery and easy pickup, you can’t go wrong when u call Papa John’s the Internet order is easy too if you don’t want to wait on the phone

I usually like Papa John’s, but this location was a disappointment. The staff was rude, the place didn’t feel clean or welcoming, and the pizza was poorly made — the toppings were unevenly spread and it wasn’t even properly sliced. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I ordered through Uber eats and was delivered the completely wrong pizza. Reached out to see about getting it fixed and they couldn’t help me at all. Was refunded $3.50 for the pizza and Papa John’s wouldn’t make it right and get the correct order delivered which left me having to reorder again. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
