I love this hungry howies food is always spot on. And yes I understand that they are limited to delivery drivers. And door dash steps in. Just so you know it’s not hungry howies doings. It’s door dash with delivery you will go through two or three different people before you get your order. Far as what tip they are getting even if u add in a note like I didn’t have enough on my card to give u a full tip but I will give u the rest in cash.

I guess when you get the email saying your order is ready doesn’t mean it’s really ready. It took me another 10 mins for me to arrive for food after I cleaned the snow off my car and my food still wasn’t ready. Maybe the universe is telling me I really didn’t need to go out in the snow for pizza!

Every other Howies I’ve been to the pizzas at this location specifically are just 10x better than all the others I’ve been to. Idk what you all are doing compared to the other locations but it seems like the pizzas are made with love for sure. (I drive from livonia where I live just for this specific howies store) I’ve never had anything wrong with my order EVER from this location. But the others not so much. I always make sure I give the driver a healthy healthy tip from this location cause they do a hell of a job. Much appreciated!

Walked in for pick up was rudely told to step out with out a mask on ! So i put a mask on and went back in only to see two employees not wearing masks over there mou5h or nose but around there necks making pizza! The whole time i decide to take pictures and the managers screaming at employess like a imature unintelligent school girl! I’ve been a loyal customer of this Hungry Howie’s location for over 15 years, but the quality of their pizzas has significantly declined over the last few years. Today, my Aunt and cousin, who were visiting from Texas and hadn’t had Hungry Howie’s in a long time, were excited to order three pizzas: a large deep dish, a large pepperoni with bacon, and a large pepperoni, olive, and bacon.
To our disappointment, the deep dish pizza was missing cheese in several areas, and the pepperoni and bacon pizza was missing bacon altogether. I called ahead to ask them to remake these two pizzas, and they asked us to bring them back. When the staff member opened the deep dish pizza, he insisted that the amount of cheese was normal, even though I’ve ordered it many times before and have never had this issue. I requested a remake, but was met with no apology or sympathy.
Imagine my aunt’s chagrin when we noticed that the pizza wasn’t right, and my cousin had already eaten a slice of the pepperoni and bacon pizza before we realized the bacon was missing. So, we know that one was remade. However, we believe they just reheated the deep dish pizza rather than making a fresh one.
This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after being a long-time customer. I won’t be returning to this store again.
