I’ve never had to wait 35 minutes for a hot tea! 25minutes outside, waiting for it after we ordered it online on the app! And another 10 inside the store! Without even a sorry for your wait or the inconvenience!!

Although having great experience in the past, I recently ordered a venti iced matcha with lavender cold foam. I was given attitude when I was having trouble with my order. And once given my drink, the matcha was still clumpy and just not whisked properly enough. Very disappointing experience:((

Went to this location on 11/6/25 for the glass 20oz bearista cup and I was the first in line at the door when they opened at 5am. I went inside first and did not see the cups. I asked the lady who let me in and she ignored me so I turned and asked a woman at the counter and she told me they “don’t have any”! How is this possible? The workers probably put them aside for themselves which I think is outrageous because how are we supposed to know what stores will ACTUALLY have them and which stores are the ones that there is literally 0 chance because of who works at that time. Very disappointed with this location!

Went to Starbucks today got the spinach and egg wrap however I’m kinda of concerned about it and for myself. I found like wood chips in my wrap. I don’t know if this is from the area where it’s being made, I don’t know if it’s premade like it comes frozen or if they have to make it. They are hard as you can see in the picture, you can poke with it. I called and the lady, Erica, she said that she has no idea what it could be. She asked to remake it but at this point I don’t want anything. I puked my whole wrap out as I almost choked on this thing. As disgusting as it sounds, I still have the pieces with me for evidence. Extremely disappointed.

I love my bucks! I just can’t frequent them as often as I’d like. They’re just waayy too expensive to have as a regular stop on my way to work every day. And now, especially since I found out that if you want any ‘extra base’ in your refresher? You’d best cough up an additional $1.00 for that tiny splash! Simply Greedy Ridiculous! Over $6 for a 24oz venti, that’s really about 18oz. of Water! Still… I LOVE my ‘kids’ who work there. They’re so, so sweet and just Adorbs!

This is my local sbux but service has really gone down hill. The straw broke when I asked the barista if my cold foam was in my drink cause it didn’t look like it and she lied to my face! I drank it on my way to work and it definitely as not! I will now drive out of my way to go to a different Sbux that makes my drink right and is honest. I Seriously don’t know anymore with this place … $6 – drink and not even what you order! Disappointing

I will say most of the staff looked as if they were trying hard.
My order was 15 minutes late & my daughter was almost late for school. One woman ‘s order was supposed to be ready at 7:50, and she was still waiting at 8:25!
If staff cannot keep up with demand, then App orders should be turned off or have realistic times. I know they pushed my daughter’s order ahead, but so many other people were waiting & I’m sure they were unhappy with us.
Starbucks charges way too much for this kind of issue. Sadly, everytime we come to this location, service is slow. So I know it wasn’t just a fluke.

This Starbucks is amazing! The consistency is always there, and the best baristas and staff that served me nationwide. I do wonder how Lilly makes the drinks so good?! She was also the most genuine and friendliest person I’ve met! Her excitement for what she does and the effort she puts in Definitely stands out!!!! Her light that she shines definitely shines back to the customer. I want to shout out to Vincent as well who took my order, and Morgan who made my drink in the past delicious as well! and Sydney who took my phone call to make sure y’all were open. 😀 Y’all are amazing and you guys are what makes Starbucks great!

When I came in, the manager was making the drinks on the bar. She greeted me and confirmed that she had my order. She also informed me when she was making the drink, which I appreciated. I also noticed she was interacting similarly with other customers while also directing her team. Outstanding work, I left feeling good!
