This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I have ever experienced.
In November, I had a drive-thru incident involving multiple rude and unprofessional employees (Jasmine, Bianca, and a manager identified as Casey). I was spoken to harshly in front of my child, denied my order, blamed for their drive-thru timing metrics, and told to drive around without being served. The only employee who showed professionalism was Alyssa, who attempted to de-escalate and apologized on behalf of others.
After realizing my original corporate complaint did not go through, I followed up again recently. When I called the store to speak with the manager (Kaci Nelson), Bianca once again refused to provide contact information and hung up on me. When I called back, Kaci answered and was herself curt, dismissive, and rude, telling me to “call back when they’re not busy.”
This is a clear pattern of poor management, lack of accountability, and unacceptable customer service. I have since contacted corporate because attempts to resolve this directly have gone nowhere.
If you value respectful service! especially as a parent with children. avoid this location.

Ordered a sandwich on the app. When I got to the store they said the oven was down. They couldn’t make my sandwich. I was in a hurry. They offered me two donuts or I could come back later. I couldn’t come back. I took the donuts. However I used points on this order and now I have no points and never got my sandwich. Called to talk to the manager and was told he was busy. I will not be visiting this location ever again. Very disappointed! And I love Dunkin. But not this one.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Overcharged and customer service is horrible. No one was here and not one employee acknowledge me or my daughter. So we had to use the kiosk. Charged 80 cents for a small water cup. No one wears gloves and flies in the back. 1st and last time going here. Good thing there’s a Starbucks next to it.

My experience wasn’t overall horrible but I ordered one vanilla cream doughnut and it had no cream in it. this location doesn’t carry Bismarck so when vanilla cream is the only doughnut that has vanilla cream inside it, it’s unfortunate when there’s not even cream inside

Was picking up a mobile order in drive thru on a Sunday morning and while I was sitting there waiting for my drinks, I watched the manager ( Kacie ) drop a cup on the floor and pick it up and continue to use it to serve a customer. I was so disgusted. The floor was covered with water that everyone was walking in and she still used a cup that fell in filth to make a drink for a customer. Unacceptable!!! Dunkin!!! Pay attention and fix this!!!

Drinks and food are great. The manager at this location is awful. I have witnessed her blowing up unprofessionally on employees in front of customers and have even seen her make employees pay for drinks that customers complain about. Last I knew, that was illegal. Will not be going back to this location due to terrible management.

I usually go to this Dunkin’ Donuts when I don’t have time to go to the one on Malabar. I have never experienced such bad service (service is never consistent) as I did this morning at 10:03 AM drive through number 1641. The lady took my order just fine, but before I even got to the window, she was shouting the total out the window and that is the only thing she ever said to me as she was too busy talking to someone else the whole time. After I got my order, I was like good grief I only ordered two things for a little over four dollars and my breakfast wrap was burnt & hard…only took a couple of bites. I would be better off tossing my money out the window— at least that would have brought joy to someone. I basically totally wasted my time and money at Bayside Lakes Dunkin’ Donuts. Unbelievable! Congratulations on earning a bad review.

To start off. I went to Dunkin around 11am and ordered a turkey sausage and cheese on an everything bagel. Please keep in mind I can’t eat pork. I open up my turkey sausage and cheese just to see bacon in my egg?? Never in all the years that I’ve gone to Dunkin have they ever stuck pieces of bacon on the egg.. It’s extremely disappointing and if you like hair in your food I highly recommend this location. Absolutely disgusting I just wasted $15 to get hair in my food? Do better!

I arrived here 2:45pm 8/9/24 with my daughter that wanted strawberry sprinkles. They have strawberry frosted and vanilla sprinkles. I asked if they could possibly put strawberry frosting on the frosted strawberry donut and just add sprinkles for my daughter they told me no and that their donuts come pre-frosted in the morning. Unless they changed things and don’t have a baker any longer This makes no sense as they could just use a knife throw strawberry frosting on it really quickly and sprinkle some sprinkles on top.
I also watched the red-headed man that had hair hanging over the top of his hat prepare food with one glove and then bring it to the service window not wash his hands and go back and make more food and still put one glove on his right hand. I also watched him go back and forth grabbing donuts with a glove on and still yet to wash his hands that is disgusting. I also watched the other man that took my order which also has yet to wash his hands handle trash and then go back to making customer drinks. Absolutely gross.
There’s a pink beverage next to the drive-thru tea container that is a OSHA violation and every member here should know this should be placed in the refrigerator not on the line This is definitely a employee drink not a customer.
I am so displeased with how this store has turned out. So either the donuts come already prepared and they don’t have frosting or sprinkles on a premises or this young man is lying to my face and is too lazy to go and do what would take a matter of less than 2 minutes.
There’s also a caution wet floor sign just hanging on the floor that my daughter almost fell over That’s just left unattended flat on the floor. Y’all need to get your act together. Where is the manager supervising this nonsense.
