Ordered the $2 tuesday personal pan pizzas. What a joke! They were baked in a pasta tin, the cheese was burnt. The pizza was not cut. It was greasy and soggy! Called another store to verify the baking process for these pizzas and was told they should have cooked them in a pizza baking pan, then cut and placed them in a personal pizza sized box. I will forward this experience to the District Manager, then the Regional Manager if needed. Maybe even the Area Manager over Northeast Ohio!

This is supposed to be the new pull apart crust n it’s a stuff-crust with lines plus horrible cutting of pizza n the New Yorker double pepperoni n it’s less than regular pepperoni. Tried calling to complain n no answering of the phone. Not very happy at all.

Arrr, Pizza Hut be a fine galley for any pirate cravin’ a hearty pie! The crust be golden and crisp, the cheese be melty and plentiful, and the toppings be piled high like treasure in a chest. What a joke of an experience. Ordered for a timed pickup at 4pm for 5:15. Pull up to the drive thru window only to be told they can’t find my order and I just have sent it to a different store, then I was rudely told to move on. I called my husband and he sent me all the confirmations, I got back in the drive thru line and waited. Came up to the window with the confirmation for that store at that time. The order was already pre paid for. They still couldn’t find it, and said sorry there is nothing we can do. I said that’s fine, I just wanted my money back. Finally a manager came over and searched for the order and found it. The order wasn’t even close to being made. The order I had ordered at 4 for a 5:15 pickup wouldn’t be ready for another 90 minutes. I asked for them to cancel the order, and it has still not been returned to my card. Now I have to dispute the charge with the credit card company. What a joke. If you have too many orders, stop answering the phone to take them. Adjust the app to tell people that it is a 2 hour wait and not 20 minutes. If you can’t adjust to changes in the business volume, get out of the business.

I ordered my food. Half of it was cold , it was 25 minutes late. The cinnamon bread was missing. I tried to call set on the phone for 10 minutes then was put on hold after asking for a manager sat and waited for 20 minutes. I gave up. I was extremely disappointed.

I ordered food for delivery. Got the food on time and hot. But I was missing one of the sides. I tried calling the store and it redirected me to a 3rd party that claimed they were transferring to the store. The call was dropped or I was hung up on. I called back and the call center told me to call back in 10 minutes. I am so annoyed. Did not get my food or my money back. Very upset

They don’t wash they hands from the register straight to the food don’t use no gloves no customer service skills. Don’t give you no napkins for your food just nasty will not catch me here. pizza was dry. The men that work here is nasty.

Waited over an hour total to get our online order (in store pickup) , only to receive French fries instead of wings (?) and wrong toppings on my pizza :(. Last time we ordered I couldn’t even eat the Melt I got because it was super burnt/ hard as a rock. We love Pizza Hut but will be seeing Papa John from now on

My husband and I ordered the new Detroit pizza with double pepperoni. When we got the pizza, it was a complete pool of sauce, and barely any cheese. We called the restaurant and asked for a remake and stated what was wrong. The gentleman rudely stated he will not remake it and we can call corporate on the website if we want to. We asked for his name and he hung the phone up. At this point, I have NEVER experienced customer service like that from anywhere. I’m not sure if day shift is as rude as night shift but we definitely will not be back. I would think twice before ordering from this Pizza Hut. There’s numerous pizza places around us and they know how to give quality customer service. I am actually truly disappointed in this place. I would pick a different pizza place before wasting money here. This occurred the evening of 9/20/21.

Stuffed crust had barely any cheese. Pizza was probably the thinnest ive ever gotten. Barely any sauce. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with pizza.
