My husband and I stopped here before the big 4th of July festival in Ripley. I really enjoyed my fajitas and mojito, great service even if he did give me the check instead of my husband and laugh about it.He was a fun server. The food is really good, has everything a typical Mexican grill would have, the service is incredible, remembered my drink of choice 2nd time i went, I now go every other sunday and have not had a bad experience. What’s really impressive is they can take your entire order, special requests and all for the entire table without writing anything down and have yet to make a single mistake. If in the ripley area and are hungry for Mexican, I recomend stopping, ask for Tamara, she is incredible.

Been eating here for years. Servings are generous and food tastes great. I have never had a bad meal at Cozumel Mexican Grill. The severs are quick, attentive, and polite. Good selection of drinks. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We stopped in for a quick bite… and somehow ended up settling in with a big bombshell margarita and street tacos that absolutely stole the show. Happy Birthday to me!
The margarita was no joke — bold, refreshing, and exactly what you hope for when the glass hits the table. And the street tacos? Next level. Served on handmade tortillas that were warm, soft, and clearly made with love. One bite and it was game over.
Great food, relaxed vibes, and one of those places that turns a short stop into a “let’s stay awhile” moment. If you’re cruising through Ripley and even thinking about Mexican food, do yourself a favor and stop here.

Best place in town. We eat out a lot more than we probably should but the local grocery stores are often out of things other than freezer foods. We order from Cozumel 2-3 times a month (they aren’t located in the strip mall anymore but I keep forgetting to take a picture of the new location).
I order online and my food is always hot fresh and ready to go when we get there. The hostess’s are awesome every time and go over everything to make sure I’ve got everything I order (other places don’t go that extra mile and I’ve made it home missing food many times).
The hot salsa is it will light you up. I’m not a pansy either I love spicy foods – if you can’t handle ghost pepper level heat don’t order it!
Portions are huge, we have good for days when I order. Very friendly staff been ordering several times a month for over a year and no complaints- the staff is awesome the food is great. Highly recommend if you want authentic Mexican food. Oh don’t forget to order dessert they are all to die for yummy!

So well run with amazing food at a reasonable price. The seafood (especially the camarones) is plentiful and delicious. Both nights we went everyone was so friendly. I would have posted photos but we dug in before we thought of it! 100% recommend!

Coming from CA, we know authentic Mexican food. I have never had such a watered down margarita as was served here. Draft beers were warm, and the food lacked flavor. The salsa was the most flavorful thing on the menu, and even it wasn’t great. Pointless to ever come back. Just dissapointing.
