Highly recommending you all to try Buen Provecho! It’s near Barnes and Noble here in Medford. My husband and I wanted to try something we haven’t tried before and saw good reviews on google for this place. They said they just opened January of this year. Was really impressed with the customer service, huge servings and quality of food! Don’t forget to try their chipotle lime dressing and mango habanero dressing will definitely be back!

This is THE BEST lunch spot to come to the valley in a long time! I’ve gotten them 4 times already, and have been nothing short of amazed each time! They’re delicious, consistent, friendly, affordable, reliable.. you simply can’t ask for more! We’ve needed a place like this ever since Mucho Gusto left. Burn Provencho is a MUST TRY! I’m moving out of state soon and already gonna miss them

Hands down worst tacos in medford. Not worth the price tag.
I ordered two Barbacoa tacos with cilantro and onion and salsa. The flour tortillas were gummy and tasted like mission brand or something as cheap, if not cheaper. The meat was sopping wet but somehow very dry and tough to eat, no flavor. This was probably pot roast meat advertised as barbacoa.
Service was lack luster and ordering was confusing. I didn’t know that my order came with rice and beans as the employee made it sound like an upsell. When I realized it was included I wanted them becuase the price is the same with or with out rice and beans. Then it’s just white rice lol
If I want bland white people tacos I can make those myself!
