I spoke with the manager, Paul, who had a very bad attitude when I asked about my food. I didn’t receive a receipt from the computer system, and because of that, he told me l couldn’t have my food. His behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and felt like he was trying to start an altercation.
This place is extremely unprofessional and clearly needs better management.
I decided to give them another chance and returned the next day, but it only got worse. The chicken was almost black, clearly overcooked or burnt, and they gave me expired sauce. After these experiences, I will never eat here again.
