I eat here pretty often. The food and customer service is normally great. Today, 6/11/25, we came in around lunch time. Got our meal and took it home. Everything about BOTH meals ordered were off. Everything tasted stale. The bread was stale and hard, the meat tasted weird and nothing tasted like it normally does. It’s as if the food had been sitting out all day. For the price I paid, they should be ashamed.

My boys and I stopped in at this Subway for lunch today. Laura and Cecil both greeted us with a smile on their face. This type of customer service is so hard to find nowadays! Laura was singing and putting a smile on all customer’s faces that came thru the line while we were there at this busy time of day. Keep up the hard work, and amazing customer service!

One employee working at lunch time. We had a 30 minute wait. She had to make the sandwiches and run the register. There was a long line the whole time we were there. This lady never slowed down. Never seemed flustered. She did a wonderful job. But why would there only be one employee at a very busy time of day?!?

Today 6/26/2025 was my last day coming to this Subway after 8 years. The toaster is broken STILL after two weeks. They don’t have the Honey Hot sauce to make the NEW HH subway Subway is advertising everywhere to try. Only one employee for doing everything. Not the employee’s fault at all but the owner. BETTER TRY THE FIREHOUSE SUBS on 8th street. You’ll get more for your money and the flavor is awesome.

My cousin and I came in for a quick bite and i wholeheartedly regret it. There was only 2employees and neither of them were welcoming. The man who helped us had a bad attitude and seemed very unwilling to help us. Our sandwiches were sub par and not worth our time. We will never be back

My family and I was refused service by an employee named Ryan Giddens… I spoke to the manager who promised to address the employee but it seems nothing was done to discipline Mr. Giddens. Who stated he had a personal problem with me from over 2 years ago… The food there is very good but this incident has left a bad taste in my mouth.. I was suffering from low blood sugar at the time and desperately needed to purchase food to eat.
