Ok, they were not busy. We still had to wait 13 minutes to be seated. We were advised the manager did not want the staff over whelmed. Once seated the booths were unkempt. There were no salt and pepper shakers at our table.Our server did not keep us waiting. She came right over. She took our order no problem. Only one mistake when our food came out but no big deal. It was difficult to get napkins and drink refills, but she did her best.. We ordered wings and salad. The wings were cooked properly but the flavor was nothing to write home about. The salad we ordered, the Chef salad was on point. All in all a mediocre meal at best. Probably will not go back.

Fatz offers the same meals as many chain restaurants do, so definitely not 4/5 stars there. What really have them 4 stars was the service and the flavor (sauce, seasoning). Incredible. Their house dressings were fantastic.I had two (2) of them: Southern Gold and the Kentucky Bourbon. SG was smoothly on the sweet side with a mustard flavor and the Bourbon had a little kick. It was hard to decide what I wanted to dip my food into. I ended up with the Wings and Bash which my wings were nice and crispy, and very tender and juicy. The wings were thick and had lots of meat on them. I had these tossed on the Southern Gold sauce but ended up dipping in the Bourbon. My wife had the chopped steak (which I was surprised) and she really enjoyed it. It was grilled perfectly with the right amount of seasoning and char to it. Salads were huge portions too. Dinner rolls…I could have eaten just those and been fine.

Service was great. There was some confusion about about my order. And I’m waiting to see if my money is returned like the server, Brian, said. Otherwise, I’ll be charged twice for a meal that, while hot, fresh, and fast, was not very good. Brian was a great server though!

I ordered a Double Mac Daddy Burger and my wife ordered the Calabash chicken tenders. I got the wrong burger, receiving a regular double cheeseburger. My fries were hot but my wife’s fries were room temp so I gave her mine. I also ordered a side of grits but they were so salty that they were inedible. Gave it two stars because the burger was okay, even though it was wrong. Our table was so sticky that my phone literally stuck to it. This place used to be great but ever since Covid hit, they never seemed to recover.

Wife & I along with our best friends eat here every month or so because the food is good and the service has always been prompt and friendly. Their chicken strip plate is always so good I find it hard to order anything else but when I have those things have been delicious also.

The last 4 times we went or got take out, I said was the last time but I really want them to be better so we kept going back. This is the turkey dinner. Dried, chewy, inedible. Rolls are usually raw inside, likely because they are always “ making a fresh batch” and they do not wait for them to cook. Dining room staff is friendly but inattentive, disappearing for long periods (probably because they know how long the food will take and they don’t want to hear about it all night).
The take out is worse. Tiny chicken tenders, tiny raw rolls, slow unfriendly service at take out. People will put up with slow usually if the staff is friendly.
I’ve been a server, I’m aware of what’s the server’s fault and what’s the kitchen’s fault. The turkey was so bad she really should have refused it from the kitchen. Of course I didn’t because that’s not who I am but Please improve the Lenoir Fatz experience.

Food at this particular location wasn’t great, but it did it’s job at filling me up. Other locations food is better. However the server was excellent and very attentive.

I did delivery, the pictures on DoorDash and how my food look DID NOT look the same at all , I don’t know if it was because I ordered online or not but i was absolutely DISAPPOINTED ! but the food tasted alright and was hot that’s why they got 3 stars , (I did eat it before took pictures but this was how one of the things I ordered look)
