Ordered a pizza for delivery. Online app says it was delivered – but no pizza showed up. Called the store and they, “Don’t know what happened.” How exactly do you not know what happened to a Pizza you gave a driver that you pay an hourly rate to? So they put in a second order. The pizza never shows up. Didn’t bother calling back this time. I’m just going to go through corporate to get a refund.
The worst part is this was for my daughter’s birthday. Buyer beware.

It’s pizza hut i dont exactly expect much but we’re road tripping and it was easy and convenient plus we had a Tmobile coupon to make it cheaper. We’ll that was my first mistake was considering this place.
To keep a long story short I online ordered, no I didnt tip as its a pickup. I was then guilt tripped about not tipping in store by one of the workers. Whatever I will never see him again. Got to my destination 20 minutes away and noticed there’s not only NO SAUCE on my pizza there is also no toppings on HALF of the pizza. What the actual heck!? Called back and they said there is nothing we can do. We threw it away and went somewhere else. Currently working on getting a refund from corporate. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Pizza was ok, but don’t bother with cash over 20, and whatever you do, don’t ask to use the bathroom. They will emphatically and with snarly attitude tell you they are for employees only. I’ll probably never stop here again.

I put in an order and when the tracker said the order was ready I went to pick it up and the order wasn’t ready, they promote if your order isn’t in your car in 2 min you get a free pizza and that didn’t happen. They claimed they lost one of my pizzas, that they would have to make it again so I waited patiently for another 10min to allow them to fix their mistake. At that point I would’ve expected that pizza to be free of charge! When I got home with the pizzas one of them was a small pizza and I had ordered all larges. When I called to talk to the manager, I asked for her to issue me a refund for the small pizza they had to remake she refused the refund request and told me they’d replace it AGAIN but I’d have to go back to the store to get it. No way I was going to do that, I say the YouTube video of them “remaking” a pizza a customer wasn’t satisfied with. The manager offered to put a credit on my account for a large pizza for my next order, no such credit has been issued.

Tonight the store was crazy busy, they were very short staffed and everything was about an hour wait. The crew was working extremely hard and it showed! Unfortunately they had to deal with a lot of rude, entitled customers ripping into them, but they still were working so diligently! Shout out to Aiden that was working the counter! Had a smile on his face and was very kind through the chaos.

Had an issue on Friday where an entire whole bell pepper was baked into an order of mac & cheese by mistake, which left the entire thing inedible. Called up and explained the situation and asked if it was possible to get a remake and was handed off to another person who told me that “there would need to be more peppers in it for a remake”.
I pointed out that we really didn’t ask for peppers in the meal and it’s rendered the dish inedible and the person on the phone responded with “Aww don’t you like bell peppers?” in the most singsong, condescending tone I’ve ever been given. I asked if she was the manager to which she said “Well, uh……. yes”, and then asked for someone above her, franchise owner or something else and was told to go find that info myself. I did so and I’ll be reaching out.
Unfortunately it’s another major blip in a long line of incidents at this Dominos, the service here has been going completely downhill, and I’ve never complained before as I understand this is a pretty rough job that involves dealing with some miserable customers at times, but the way this was handled is completely out of line.

I placed an order with Domino’s and waited over an hour — only to find out they LOST my order. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they also refused to refund me. I paid for food I never received.
How is that even legal? No apology, no accountability — just pure negligence.
This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never order from Domino’s again, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Your time, money, and hunger deserve better.
