Paid 16$ for a small pizza which is insane
To keep a long story short I online ordered, no I didnt tip as its a pickup. I was then guilt tripped about not tipping in store by one of the workers. Whatever I will never see him again. Got to my destination 20 minutes away and noticed there’s not only NO SAUCE on my pizza there is also no toppings on HALF of the pizza. What the actual heck!? Called back and they said there is nothing we can do. We threw it away and went somewhere else. Currently working on getting a refund from corporate. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
I pointed out that we really didn’t ask for peppers in the meal and it’s rendered the dish inedible and the person on the phone responded with “Aww don’t you like bell peppers?” in the most singsong, condescending tone I’ve ever been given. I asked if she was the manager to which she said “Well, uh……. yes”, and then asked for someone above her, franchise owner or something else and was told to go find that info myself. I did so and I’ll be reaching out.
Unfortunately it’s another major blip in a long line of incidents at this Dominos, the service here has been going completely downhill, and I’ve never complained before as I understand this is a pretty rough job that involves dealing with some miserable customers at times, but the way this was handled is completely out of line.
I placed an order with Domino’s and waited over an hour — only to find out they LOST my order. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they also refused to refund me. I paid for food I never received.
How is that even legal? No apology, no accountability — just pure negligence.
This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never order from Domino’s again, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Your time, money, and hunger deserve better.
