At the time of this visit, there was remnants of the latest snow storm in the parking lot. It was very treacherous to get in the doorway as it was covered in ice that was slightly broken up for traction. It was best to walk in the parking lot and not on the side walk. The food & service was great otherwise. We were pleased with our food and will return if in the area.

I placed my order at 244 p.m. and it was delivered almost 5:00 p.m. I spoke with the restaurant and they stated that my food had been sitting there since 3:15 waiting on someone to pick it up. Seriously. There should be a way that the restaurant should know when someone’s coming to pick up the food. He told me it was up to the customer to keep track of the food and call the restaurant to have them remake it. I ordered nachos and it’s more like soup. It’s ice cold. They seemed not to care.

I walked into your establishment with high expectations, but I left feeling completely invisible and unwelcome. As a first-time customer, I expected at least a baseline of courtesy; instead, I was met with a level of disrespect that was honestly dehumanizing. It’s rare to be made to feel like a nuisance just for existing in a business space, but your staff managed to do exactly that.

My favorite restaurant around the campus! Highly recommend spicy chicken, veggie rice bowl, quesadillas, sour cream and mango salsa. Everything tastes amazing. Their app also has great offers. Service is fast and friendly. The size is large and the price is reasonable. WiFi is available.

The “crispy cheese” quesadilla was not at all crispy, just hot and soft. The “pulled pork” meat was decent, but bland.
I tried to ask, for several minutes, if the queso has tomatoes in it – between four staff members none of them could understand – none spoke English.
Eventually, they got a manager and he finally could answer me.
Once the question was answered, ordering was not to painful – but I did bring up Google Translator to explain that I wanted some of the toppings put b on AFTER it was cooked. That worked well.
But, the worst part of my experience was when they asked me what I wanted to drink – I asked for water, pointed to a cup, and she SEEMED to understand, yet somehow STILL charged me $2.95 for a bottled water (even though they just gave me a cup).
That’s bad enough, but WTAF why would bottled water be THREE DOLLARS?!?!!!
Even a dollar is too much to be paying for just water, but there? That’s absolutely outrageous – to the point of being really f-ing offensive. Seriously, it’s NOT OK.
Overall, my first experience at Qdoba was pretty much terrible

I officially give up on this location! Ordered again and my sister picked up the order for me. Bowl made incorrectly…..again. Everything asked for on the side was put on the bowl. Had to drain huge amount of juice from bowl as it was surely going to soak through. This location needs to do better!!!
Qdoba (N. High st) what happened? My bowl had inedible uncooked rice , missing guacamole, and the there was zero flavor to chicken and beans. I scraped off the topping from the rice to try and salvage this meal but it was trash- so it went in the trash. Very disappointing experience.

This place is really inspiring the staff is very helpful and kind and know how to take care of your hunger the flavors of the food is much superior then another place called shitpotle they don’t charge extra for guacamole and the plate is really heavy I consider myself to be a big guy and when I come here I can’t finish my bowl and I take it to eat later and that should say Somthing the affordability of this place is very top tier big portions for no extra cost. One person that stood out to me from the staff was a gentleman named Musa very helpful and welcoming thank you guys for keeping the community well fed.

Ordered catering. I have ordered from different Qdoba’s throughout the state. Was charged $30 delivery, I gave a $20 tip and was charged an additional $59.22 in gratuity! That amount was not on there when I completed the order online.. $79.22 is excessive just to drop it off. You lost a customer!!!

Today was my first time here for food and the customer service was a 0/10! As if we weren’t going to pay or like they were irritated with our presence (me and my son) just coming to try something new. The food was ok but we won’t be back or recommend!
