Can only order thru kiosk. Can’t have the order “your way” cause the kiosk doesn’t have the ability to add extra condiments! Manager came out and she couldn’t do it either! So she made us still order thru kiosk! Sad to say, but we were the only white people in there. Yet as soon as a Spanish speaking family came in, she got on the register and took their order!! That is racism in your face!!!!

The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt. My fish sandwich was ok except the top bun was burned not toasted. were average, needed more salt. The employee did ask if I needed ketchup and was generous with the packets! Just the charred bun was a bummer.

The drive thru wait was over 20min. I figure, Ok, big orders maybe. So after waiting all that time I finally get my order and it’s wrong. I ordered 6 Bac Dbl Chs and I got 6 Dbl Chs instead.

Sooo my 1st time going to this location and will be the last… Wait in the drive through for 5min before anybody said anything to me… Once I got to Order I asked for no ketchup! and it was repeated back to me twice.. Waiting again to go to the window. Who knows how long but it was a long time. Paid and the guy repeated back to me, my order with no ketchup!!! I’m pretty sure The burger was already made for another person’s order . So they still gave me the wrong order with ketchup on it!!!!! I would give no stars.. But ya know… It’s not an option on here. Also I ordered a whopper and I’m pretty sure whoppers come with lettuce and tomato!!! Again handing me someone else’s order Smdh!!!!!

Closed their lobby early at 8:30 while an employee sat sitting in the lobby.
When they saw me five employees came out and started yelling at me saying they’re going to call the police. I called their bluff and asked them if they wanted my name, address, phone number and license plate number to make it easy for the police.
Sitting in a clear view of the public there’s no expectation of the privacy therefore there is nothing they can do about someone taking a picture of a employee sitting in the dining area while closing it because it’s supposedly they don’t have enough employees.
I feel it was definitely an attempt by the employees on that shift to hide that they were closing the dining room early because they just didn’t feel like keeping it open.
I would never even bother trying to eat at this Burger King but unfortunately this is the Burger King that’s closest to my house. It is by far one of the worst Burger Kings in town.

Whopper was good but they slipped me some old cold Fry’s in my drive through order which I should of have checked before I left and the they knew the Fry’s were cold.

100 % great customer service@ Joaquin was super friendly and fast. He was so good he made sure twice that our order was right. Even tho they where close to closing. He made sure all his customers where satisfied and made everyone feel like we where top end customers.

I love my nighttime crew window lady! Friendliest, best experience ever! We go for slushies at night even when i don’t feel like leaving the house just so we can talk about our ” burger king night” with our lady who always makes our day!!!
