Chick-fil-A has always been known for its cleanliness and amazing staff. I have never been so disappointed in my life at how dirty this location was. The bathrooms were disgusting. The tables were disgusting. The floors were filthy. And the person of the check register had no personality was not very friendly. Having Three kids and being a frequent Chick-fil-A visitor, this was extremely disappointing. Even the kids made a comment about how they’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A so dirty in their life. It was filthy and very shocking.

I love Chick-fil-A and usually go to the one near PCC. I stopped by this one because I was closer to it.
I did the drive thru and their ordering system through their workers is very efficient. Excellent customer service and I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe in a lettuce wrap with waffle fries. The Chick-fil-A sauce is always a must and overall the meal was excellent.
I’d definitely come back here again for all my Chick-fil-A needs.

I tried this sandwich once and I thought it was very dry, but then I tried again and I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was pretty good I would say 7 out of 10. In any case this is the place where you go when your kids are hungry and you’re driving, otherwise there is no reason to go in my opinion.

This Chik-fil-A (in Pasadena, on Lake St and Boylston) did not live up to the usual high standards I’ve come to associate with this chain. Drive-thru employees were courteous, but got my order wrong– wrong sauces and wrong number of ice creams. When I got home, I opened the berry parfait and was disappointed to see that it had about a half cup of yogurt topped with 3 blueberries and 5 half-slices of strawberries.(!) It was my first time ordering this item, but it looked nothing like the picture of the parfait on the menu that looked like yogurt with loads of fruit on top. False advertising. :
