Really wish I hadn’t wasted one of my festival food items on this. Everything we got here was awful. The loaded street fries didn’t look like the picture at all, it was a tiny serving, and none of the toppings were fresh. The chicken nuggets were heavily breaded, overcooked, and all but inedible. The nachos had an okay flavor but the chips were already soft. We ended up spending close to $60 and most of it was trash. It felt like we were getting food out of the school cafeteria. Do Not recommend the food. Plenty of seating though so if you need a place to gather to get out of the weather, it’s good for that.

Okay place for a meal during your trip to the best park in the world. The eatery is okay but they could do much better. They clearly do not match the level of the Dollywood theme park. The Chicken, kale, etc salad did not feel fresh at all.

I enjoyed the food here. I got nachos with chicken. My cheese was melted, though it was a thin sauce and not a thick nacho cheese. The other toppings available from the bar were more than able to make up for this minor issue. We all enjoyed our meals here. The covered dining area was great after a long day in the park. I would eat here again, maybe try the steak topping next time.

Plenty of seating on a Thursday afternoon. The cheeseburger and chicken tenders were your average. Be aware that the cheese is not melted on the patty. We all enjoyed the crinkle cut fries with a slight seasoning.
I would not recommend the Bowl. It’s to order. I asked for extra lettuce and just a little cheese. I got the reverse. The cilantro lime rice hardly had any flavor. (I’ve probably been too spoiled by Chipotle). The salsa tasted like marinara to me. The extra cost for the guacamole was not worth it.
Not bad for a quick bite to eat and has amusement park prices. Just skip the flavorless bowl.

We ordered the street corn salad. It was terrible. The chicken was a gross texture and there were only 5 corn kernels in the whole salad.
The chicken tenders were fine, but the mac and cheese was cold.

Clean & shady eating area…and now the reason for a 1star rating. This photo is what we based our dining decision on and so when our family of 8 stepped up to build our Bowls (rice/ancient grains) we were instantly disappointed. The chopped protein choices were dry and unappetizing. The portions were very skimpy. This was the very first crew that was unhappy & unhelpful.
We are at 6pm during The Summer Solstice-extravaganza and had only one family in line with us…
Wildwood Grove is the BEST and most lovely late day spot in the Park, please bring this dining option up to Dolly standards.

Slightly above average theme park fare. The Chicken tenders were flavorful and the nachos were good. It’s a great place to take a break from the heat.

My rating is based on this being a theme park restaurant. We spent about $85 for 6 people. Three kids had chicken tenders and fries, the 5 year old went with the PB&J, my wife had a burger and fries and I had a chicken rice bowl. Everyone was happy with their meal and the price wasnt too bad. Again, based on theme park food. We got to sit outside under the covered pavilion and by the time we were eating dinner, it wasnt busy at all. Dollywood was a huge hit with the family and this was a decent meal.

Terrible food overall. My group of 9 all ordered different things and they were all pretty bad. No taste. Just find a different place, chances are it’s going to be better.

I’m surprised at the ratings here! We had very good service and food while visiting for the first time. The cilantro rice dish wasn’t overly filling, making it a win in my book.
