Usually very kind staff but have had a few experiences where the employees are cussing even if kids are around. Not a huge deal to me but others seemed uncomfortable. One time an employee reminded me when I left $300 sitting on the counter after pulling it out of the ATM (pregnancy brain oops), so I really appreciated her and her integrity.
This week there were only XL cups out at one time. Food is usually good but have had them mess our order up a few times. Overall not a bad place, I do like Kwik Stars food better and hope Casey’s gets more variety eventually.

The management has created a horrible atmosphere. They close the kitchen down early almost every night. The way the employees and management talk to the customers is out of this world. When management does everything half way the rest follow as you can tel from this store.

Alwaus seems to have food ready to go that’s hot and fresh. Sometimes the food selection can be low during lunch time, but other than that they seem to always have a good selection. Pumps work good and fast, the price isn’t too bad either for a small town gas station. The staff are kind and helpful, and they’re pizza holds up to Casey’s standards!

Constantly let down at Casey’s in La Porte City. The pizza is very inconsistent, quality and service. Ordered a pizza today and was told 30 minutes and when I showed up the cook was sitting in the office and had not started my pizza. While checking out, staff is usually unprofessional and has no manners saying hello, your total is , or thank you. They are usually too busy holding their conversation with other co workers to pay attention to customers. Lucky for them, they are the only gas station in town.

Last time I was inside, maskless customers & employees abound, including one loudly complaining to an employee about how she feels ill and won’t be getting Covid tested cause she doesn’t want her kids missing another two weeks of school after her daughter was just getting over Covid 19. Awesome.

Ordered 2 pizzas was told 45 mins called back about 45 mins was told they were out for delivery and would be there soon call back at 60 mins they tell me card never went thru said they tried to call me they didn’t so had to reorder another 45 mins funny how card never went thru but yet they told me they were out for delivery at 45 mins but then at 60 mins tell me they never got made

All of their food is excellent, definitely best fast breakfast food, pizza is best anywhere, sub sandwiches as good as at subway, employees are friendly and professional.

WTH order subs and pizza online told us it would be ready in 20 minutes go to pick up and they said pizza would be another 20-40 minutes asked if pizza was cooking yet cause I was just going to cancel it and get a sub and no one knew anything tickets were all over the place and everyone was clueless
