They didn’t pick up the phone when I called so I ordered in person and waiting for the pizza felt like forever.
It’s good pizza but it’s not great pizza. The salad had really fresh greens but the dressing options are disappointing. Salvatore’s will never be nothing more than a basic pizza joint without a good house vinaigrette…ironically they had a Modena balsamic vinegar bottle for sale too… maybe they cut back on the plastic bags of dressing and upgrade the salad with olives, balsamic vinaigrette and feta(?)… perhaps Salvatore’s could become great.

If you need a pizza by 6 order by 3 and call to verify your number so they can start it. I waited 30 mins to head there and had to wait another $45 mins, I have 6 kids so that was crazy for me. No reasonable compensation and a rude attitude from the manager Tito who yelled report me from the back. Mind you I didn’t fuss or say anything after being told additional time was needed (3 times. I ordered a large steak sub, there is barely anything but bread literally the skinniest sub I’ve ever seen. Never been more unsatisfied, then to call and get no real resolution. Dewey location has to do better. I regret wasting my money. Definitely should have ordered from somewhere else. 2/10 experience.

Order sheet pizza on a Saturday night at 7pm pick up was for 745 I got there around 8. Mind you it is for a birthday party. I was thinking oh let me check for undercook pizza.. we ended up eating around 11 after playing games etc because it’s a PARTY. Correct me if I’m wrong but at the hours Salvatore’s was CLOSED. When we open the box every body literally looked at each other like what is this? So ended up throwing it away and said I’ll just call in the morning. Now today I call today when they open. the lady that answered the phone listening skills are little to none as I keep trying to explain the situation she’s cutting me off and asking me dumb stuff like “so you called last night and nobody answered’ lol like WHAT are you not listening of course your not because your not listening not comprehending the fact that I said y’all were closed. Went in to Order a Sub couldn’t order the Sub cashier stated in Order to use my Card I had to Make it a Delivery while I was standing right in the Store!
Manger was to Busy to see why I couldn’t use my Debit card so unfortunately I had to Order from another Store!

My gf was supposed to get a free pizza but she didn’t bring her id, so they wouldn’t give her the pizza. They didn’t offer to see a photo of it or any other solution. We ordered to have it picked up and now we’re out 15 bucks. Theyre not good problem solvers

Ordered online. Waiting for the delivery only instead they call me almost an hour later to be told they ran out of bread! They cancel my order, didn’t ask if I wanted something different like IDK PIZZA, WING DINNERS or the dozens of other items on menu?! Of course they didn’t offer me a special coupon for another time for the huge inconvenience. Nah, they can’t do that-they only want to take our money, smh So I’m done with them.
FYI Luckily, I remembered about the hardworking Chinese Restaurant a few blocks down from Salvatore’s called Yummy House. Opened till late with delivery and way cheaper! My Salvatore’s order would have been 75 dollars for 2 subs and wings((crazy)), My Yummy House order is 40 for a qt of veggie low mein, qt of sweet&sour chicken qt of mixed vegetables, with steamed rice and 2 orders of spring rolls!

I have ordered here for years and loved it. Recently, it was a nightmare. Chicken wings were ordered and they so beat up and old. Look like a hey had blood on the bottom of the bones so I called for a refund. They told me they can switch out the wings for me. So I agreed to get them switched. Looked ok when I switched. But when I got inside to eat them, it looked the same so I threw them away. A waste of $24.00 delivery. I love their subs, pizza, wings, and fish but after getting old looking chicken wings, I’m going to have to pass on them.
