This was my 1st time at this particular Chipotle and probably the best so far. The helping size was good, the food was hot and fresh, and the associates were friendly.
The restaurant is very clean and in order. I enjoyed the chicken bowl and as stated before it was enough to fill me up. Good job!

Shannon runs a tight ship – much better than any other Chipotle we’ve been to (we have been to a few others that we wish we hadn’t). We love you guys!!!

This was my first experience with the Chipotle in my town (I’ve had it elsewhere).
I placed an order in the app to pick up in the drive through. Ordering was easy and I was able to customize it. I pulled up to the drive through and it was ready immediately. It was lunchtime on a Saturday.
When I got home, I was impressed there was no plastic packaging at all. The order was exactly as I customized it and the food was delicious. There was enough food to make two meals for me. I ordered the Chipotle Honey Chicken Bowl. I will definitely be back in the future.

Stopped in at 2pm on a Sunday, placed my order at the counter, and it was great. The 2 employees I spoke with were friendly, and the lobby was clean. Some of these negative reviews are a bit extreme, it’s just Chipotle and it’s *chefs kiss. 5 !

Placed an order online and it got completely messed up. First off the salsa was supposed to be a medium and that’s all we got and they never said anything the salsa “running out” or even asked if it was okay to replace it. We got a burrito when we never ordered a burrito but we are missing a bowl. No one told us anything about any of the mistakes or “replacements”, we went through the drive through, they handed our order and didn’t tell us anything. It is our fault for trusting what was in the bag was correct but that does not dismiss the salsa, wrong order, or even the amount of less food on the bowl.

This is the second and last time we’ll eat at this location. Last time (September of this year) we made a to go order and got home to find the rice with all of our meals hardly cooked. We brushed it off to maybe an off day for them. Went in tonight for dinner to go. Got home and not only was the rice super undercooked but we were also missing sides we paid for. Employees also seemed mad that they had to make the food for the customers- we won’t be back.

If you’re going to Chipotle in Easley tonight, you might want to make sure you have leftovers at home, or get food from somewhere else once you leave there. Apparently they think they’re going to run out of food before they close. We’ve never had such skimpy portions from there. Might be quite a while before we order from there again… If their portions are going to get smaller, at least lower the prices…

Fantastic food and service, as you’d expect from any Chipotle. I love the sofritas tacos with all the fixings…with the spicy salsa! My wife got her usual…the veggie bowl, which comes with guacamole and all the veggies. There’s always enough leftover for another meal too. We also got the hot queso dip with chips… delicious!

Made my food, but before I could pay for it, their system went down for over 30 minutes. When I asked if I could pay in cash, they said no, and then when I made them make my burrito after I’ve been sitting in front of me for 30 minutes, they were in such a rush that they shorted me on all of my food and then when they told me that the burrito that had been sitting, there was just gonna get thrown away, and I asked to take it, they said they couldn’t do that, which is fair. But also ridiculous..
