Cute small town diner with reasonable prices and very friendly service. We got the cabbage soup to start. It was way beyond expectation. I had the cobb salad with thousand island. My girlfriend had the greek salad with added grilled chicken. Serving size was good and it was honestly better than a more expensive place down the road. We finished with their homemade pumpkin ice cream topped with chocolate syrup. That was great as well. If I’m in the area again, I’d certainly go back.

Six stars! Had the best breakfast I’ve had in a really long time, with phenomenal service, yummy coffee, a terrific Cinnamon roll & all at an incredible price. I wish we lived close by we would be here every week!

Very disappointing experience. Although two of the waitresses were kind and attended us properly, another waitress — a thin young woman — had a clearly unpleasant attitude, giving uncomfortable looks that made the experience feel unprofessional and unwelcoming.

What was most concerning was the food: we found hair in three different dishes, including two hamburgers and the homemade fries. This level of poor hygiene is unacceptable for any restaurant.

Additionally, the overall atmosphere made us feel uncomfortable as migrant customers. Any business should guarantee respect, good service, and basic cleanliness standards for all guests, and during this visit that was not the case.

We will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

First time here for breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Food was quick and prepared perfectly. Prices are very reasonable. In regards to somebody’s previous post about promotion of hate & racism all I can say is this. If going into a business and the owner has different political views than you offends you, then you really should not be traveling. Stay at home in your own little bubble

Wish I knew that before entering. Last stop before highway so we stayed.
Turned my stomach having to patronize a place that supports racism and hate.
Had breakfast was just average. Waited was efficient

Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. While two of the waitresses were polite and professional, another waitress — a thin young woman — gave us very unpleasant looks that made us feel unwelcome.

To make matters worse, we found hair in three different dishes, including two hamburgers and the homemade fries. This level of poor hygiene is unacceptable.

The decor also raised concerns. Signs suggesting that God, guns, and Trump go hand in hand created an environment that felt exclusionary and inappropriate for a place that should welcome all customers. In our view, faith and political messaging like this do not belong together in a dining space.

Overall, we left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant.

Feels like home. Great service by the staff. I believe it’s a family owned. Quiet environment. Needs some music. Food at great prices in the town. Person responsible for the order was quick and efficient at what she did.

My husband and I were driving home from Pittsburgh and stopped for a cup of soup. The atmosphere, service and the quality of the homemade soup was exceptional. Take the time to stop when you are passing through.
