Been living in Lockhart since 2022 and finally made our way here. Food was tasty and delicious. Smaller sized restaurant that has maybe 15 tables and booths. Cozy feel to it.
I had the fish tacos which were amaIng. Wife wanted crawfish, but she opted for something else as the crawfish was $13.50 per pound. A bit steep for crawfish when other places are in the single digits. Son had the garlic Parmesan bone-in wings which he loved.

Had heard about this place from many friends, it’s an ok spot. Friday nights are not busy in there at all. We had the dance floor all to ourselves but didn’t do much dancing due to the DJ being terrible. This place has potential but they definitely need another DJ.

What a hidden gem this is in Lockhart. Off the main roads but well worth the find. The atmosphere is genuinely local and the ambience is authentic. Gumbo is hearty and tasty not bland like most. Fried pickles are great and the batter is thick and spicy. Burgers are very good.

My fiancé and I recently visited this establishment (nightclub side)
to check it out. We have gone to eat numerous times and great food. As we stood near the entrance to get a feel for the place, we noticed a group of four women walk in without being stopped or questioned. Moments later, a staff member approached us and told us that if we had any weapons, we needed to take them out.
I’m a Hispanic woman and my husband is white, and the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and singled out. We hadn’t even entered the venue yet, and the contrast in how we were treated compared to the group before us was hard to ignore.
We understand that businesses have safety protocols, but consistency and professionalism in how those are applied is important. This experience left us questioning whether assumptions were made based on appearance, which is disappointing.
We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all guests are treated equally and respectfully moving forward.

Had a blast I just might learn how to dance and the hot food from the grill was the best all home made see a lot of locals .glad I went it was $5at the door but it closed a it 3 am wow
