To everyone who read my review below, I must let you know that I went back to the KFC the next day. The manager a gentleman was very apologetic for what had happened and he gave me the missing thigh from my meal. I was already planning to buy some more food for my brothers that live with me and I did. The manager help me take it to my car. So what was a bad situation turned into a very courteous professional service. Thank you to the manager of the KFC.
I went through the drive-through window at this KFC and I ordered a three piece meal with a wing, breast and thigh and I ordered wedges instead of french fries the young lady said that was fine and the cost was $13 and change which was in accordance with the advertised three-piece meal. It was raining and I had to go to the post office so I didn’t check my meal as I normally do when I got home. I was very surprised to see that I only had a wing and a breast not a thigh and I have paid them almost $14. I tried to call back to the store but they have AI and you can’t get through. I left my phone number but I somehow doubt they’re gonna call. since I don’t have a receipt because they didn’t give me one and I called them and left my number, but I don’t know what good that will do so I’m writing this review. I think it was very very poor service from the lady who took my order to the one that handed me my order. Somehow they lost one of the three pieces of chicken that I paid almost $14 for. So, i paid them almost $14 for two pieces of chicken That’s outrageous.

If I could give zero stars I would.. $30 for this??? YUCK. We didn’t even eat it. Plus the manager has a VERY nasty attitude. She closed the window in my face after I told her I did not feel the need to move forward and go around the store to park in a spot to wait for French fries that would be up as they said 2 minutes when no cars were directly behind me because I was on a timer? I did not know I was supposed to adhere to employee rules as a customer? If my fries were taking 2 minutes, it did not make sense to me to move when no one was behind me and after that, the manager just shut the window in my face. I don’t even care to contact the store after such bad service. Im just going to contact my financial institution and get a refund for the bad food I received. The chicken was “warm”, the fries were fresh and hot, the biscuits smelled like stale old biscuits and were hard. Definitely not fresh food and I will never revisit that location.

Drive thru order was incorrect, chicken was spicy, items missing (had to go in to retrieve because no one ever came out to deliver them to me…the poppers were dark and soaked in oil). Wasted my money and refuse to visit that location again. Very disappointed.

Came thru the drive-thru closer towards the end of the night and the guy taking orders gave me cold wedges and sandwich. He told me he wasn’t going to remake them and told me to come back another day for a fresh order.

Gave 2 because the guy in the drove thru was nice and respectful…. but kfc is Nasty and scary the green beans were bland but at least hot, the mash potatoes taste instant and like water with flavor gravy … extremely hot, the chicken tenders look like French fries and the batter is salty, the hot wings use to be my favorite but I’m done with kfc fake processed chicken it’s all types of messy mesh extra veins and fats etc under that crispy skin and some of the chicken wasn’t done all the way just ugh

Rude and food was old and nasty. Wish it could bee zero stars. It is a fail every time I come to this one. Don’t know why I go back besides it’s close to me. The pics are from a T2 XXXL GRILLED stuffed burrito beef. As you can see it’s a rice stuffed burrito.

I bought spirit soda from here last evening and this is what I got. I opened the soda cup this morning and it was very dirty and moldy inside. So disgusting, I wondered why the employees were staring at me looks like they knew what they were planning to do, so sad. That’s what me and my family got. Please avoid this place.zero star
