I ordered my coffee few minutes back !and the order was caramel hazelnut cream hot small one ! The minute i had my first sip , I realized they hadn’t added caramel and it tasted worst! I mean like how ! The employee didn’t heard properly my order or juts didn’t added caramel! Idk but my coffee experience here was worst ! Never coming here again !

I recently bought a cake here. I asked if someone could write on it, but they wouldn’t. I then asked if I could get hot fudge to write on it myself, which was also denied. The cake and ice cream inside didn’t match what was advertised. It was supposed to be chocolate chip ice cream cake with chocolate cake, but I got chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake. I will never shop here again. This is the worst customer service, as I’m a former Dunkin’ employee and we always tried and worked out to help customers.

Absolutely horrible experience ordering a custom ice cream cake from this location. I submitted a custom ice cream cake order on Sunday at noon and scheduled pick-up for Wednesday at noon. I show up at 12:30pm to pick up my order on Wednesday and the manager said “there was something wrong with my order” aka it wasn’t ready. The manager is absolutely useless and didn’t offer me anything to make it right other than to waste my time by making it while I waited. I will never order anything from this location again. I will take my ice cream cake orders to Dairy Queen instead! 🙂

I ordered a small cup of decaff cappuccino at the drive-thru, they gave me a large cup and also asked for two milks, they poured 4.. it seemed like this woman didn’t understand what I was telling her at all.

Nija the lady taking the order from the drive through is very unprofessional. She is not allowing you to speak your full order. She cuts you off mid sentence to finish your sentence. She also gave me a total without allowing me to finish ordering. She needs to learn to listen to the customers fully before speaking and at the end ask “is that all for today” or something else, instead of rushing and cutting you off. I come to this dunkin at least 2/3 times a week.

Horrible service and very disappointing – every time you go the staff appears unhappy and annoyed, like you’re bothering them. They hand you your items without a smile, or thank you – it’s rude. Also, they fill the iced drinks with so much ice you get less than a few ounces of the beverage you ordered.

Just went there in the morning after work to get a breakfast sandwich. Sandwich bread was stale and egg was nearly still frozen. Not to mention I’m extremely sick to my stomach 2 hours after eating there. Avoid this place! Garbage
