We’ve eaten here several times over the past two years or so. Their food has always been good, tasty, to our liking. The restaurant appears to be clean. Their atmosphere and service is okay. We’ve never had to wait for a table. They’ve got plenty of available free public parking in the common retail parking lot out front. Like everything else in America, their prices are climbing faster than our wages.
Upon our most recent visit this past week, we were hit with a 5.272% fee (surcharge) for not paying with cash. On our previous most recent visit a few months ago the non-cash fee / surcharge was 3%. About a year ago it was 2%. So you can see where this is going, and that’s just too bad.
We’ll be dining elsewhere in the future.

My response to the proprietor’s 16Feb2026 response, below:
The simple arithmetical facts of my bill / check belie your response. A 5.272% fee (surcharge) was indeed added to my check.

Overall a clean restaurant.
Food was very tasty at a spicy ️ level 3.
Food came out quick in 10 mins and hot.
Cost per entree is fair.
Food portions were well served for entrees.
We enjoyed yellow curry chicken, spicy cashew chicken, and vegetables spring rolls.
All under $46.00 before gratuity.
I strongly recommend it.

The good here is excellent and prices very reasonable. The restaurant is a bit of the main tourist routes so unless your are looking for Thai you nay not walk past it. It has the usual S America/Peruvian food if you want it but it was a welcome break after nearly 6 weeks of travelling to have something different. The lady that runs it was really friendly and helpful and provided brilliant service.

Their Pad Thai is a must-try—perfectly cooked noodles tossed with a rich, tangy tamarind sauce, crunchy peanuts, and fresh lime for a refreshing zing. The Green Curry is another standout, featuring a velvety coconut milk base infused with aromatic Thai basil, tender chicken or tofu, and just the right amount of heat. If you love spice, their Drunken Noodles are packed with bold flavors, featuring wok-fried wide rice noodles with fresh chili, garlic, and Thai basil.

For appetizers, the Crispy Spring Rolls are light and crunchy, served with a sweet chili dipping sauce that adds just the right touch of sweetness. The Tom Yum Soup bursts with lemongrass and citrus notes, making it a comforting yet refreshing starter.

What truly sets Savor Thai apart is the attention to detail in every dish. The meats are always tender, the vegetables crisp and vibrant, and the flavors perfectly balanced—whether you prefer mild or extra spicy. Their portion sizes are generous, ensuring you leave satisfied, and the presentation is beautiful, making every meal feel special.

For those with a sweet tooth, don’t skip the Mango Sticky Rice—perfectly ripe mango slices paired with creamy coconut-infused sticky rice, topped with sesame seeds for an extra crunch.

Easily our favorite new Thai place. The owner hands down has customer service dialed in and made us feel comfortable. She greeted us and sat us right away. Food came out fast and it was amazing! She also remembered our orders from the first time. We will be coming here a lot. 5 stars!

I ate here on a Saturday evening. Food was good but I have had better Thai food elsewhere. Atmosphere was lacking due to no background music playing. Service was good and friendly. Restroom was clean.

This place used to be called Phuket Thai, and we disliked it. It wasn’t good. Apparently, they’re under new ownership and now called Savor Thai. We had hopes they may had improved, so we DoorDashed them.

Nothing was better. In fact, everything was worse. The Chicken Satay were pretty good, hence the second star. But the entrees sucked. The Pad Thai was greasy and gave me a stomachache. My Mom hated her Cashew Chicken.

No matter who owns this location, it seems to flop. I won’t be back!

Excellent Thai food in this cozy little restaurant. Pad Thai is gluten free, huge, and absolutely delicious. And you can choose the amount of spice. So glad we found this gem near our home.

Noticeable Recipe Changes:

We’ve been coming to Savor Thai since 2018, and for years it was the best in the valley IMO. We loved it so much that even after moving away, we still drove 45 minutes just to get our favorites on Friday nights.

Recently, something has changed. I want to be clear—the food isn’t bad or bad-tasting—but compared to what it used to be, it’s a huge downgrade. The dishes that were once rich and memorable now taste much more generic & watered down, similar to what you’d get at major Thai chains. What made this place special was how much it stood out, and that uniqueness seems to be gone.
I really hope this isn’t permanent and that the old recipes might return. I’m curious if other longtime customers feel the same disappointment.
