When I went in with my friend to place an order we told the lady we needed a minute to decide what we wanted and she just stares like deep stared at us the whole time making us uncomfortable. When we finally did order she messed up what we said and didn’t repeat the order back to us so we could see she made a mistake on our order like most
typical restaurants do, and we didn’t realize til after we had paid. We asked her about it and she was honestly replied in a rude manner. After we had ordered she was on her phone having a conversation while a customer waited and he left without ordering because she was not doing her job and instead was having a personal phone call. She also was criticizing other people’s work in front of customers which isn’t needed at all and she should focus on herself. This behavior is very unprofessional and should not be tolerated whatsoever.

Extremely bad service. Called to place an order, told them i needed a pick up order and the name for it and then they placed me on hold for 15 minutes. When they came back, it was a different person who had me repeat the name and that i wanted a pick up when i had already told them. I had to repeat what i wanted to the guy multiple times because he kept putting the wrong thing. I had them on speaker and people in the room with me said he had been laughing whenever he said the wrong thing. They said it would be ready in ab 20-25 minutes. Went to pick the food up after the 20 mins, and they said the order didn’t go through so it would be another 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and annoying.

Service is good and the food is hot and correct. They need to pay serious attention to the outside, trash running over, laying all over the entrance, I don’t like to kick debris out of my way to get into a place. It’s a bad look and makes me question the cleanliness of the inside. Needs some daily care.

On 2 different occasions I have tried to get an extra most bestest cheese, and these are unfortunately what I get. Will never go back to this location. Used to be a good place until they stopped caring.

The worker that was taking our order was very rude and when I said I wanted a certain thing that has a deal she rung it up wrong and then when I got receipt I asked and she got crappy about it my friend heard and she was on her phone calling someone while customers were here unprofessional.

Cheap meal (which is good ) but most of the food is under cooked. Also just placed an order online for pickup (just pepperoni bites) and I sat outside watching the tracker for my order for 30mins while it stayed on the “being prepared stage.” I got out to go in and ask what’s going on with the order and they locked the doors. So I called them asking them to cancel my order and the guy just said “sorry were closed they’ll cancel it in the morning”
