This is getting ridiculous use to love order from pizza bolis. Every time I call and place my order it’s always difficult of placing my order. I constantly have to repeat myself like 5 times of repeating my card number when placing my order. It’s very exhausting they should really take there time of listening to the customers when placing there order over the phone. Because repeating yourself 5 times can be very frustrating. I been ordering from here for years now. Never had any problems placing my order over the phone until recently. Idk if this man is new but Every time I call placing my order over the phone I constantly have to repeat myself over and over and over again like 5 times maybe more. I was trying to place my order today but unfortunately I just got frustrated and just hang up the phone. Because no customer shouldn’t have to constantly repeat themselves like 5 times or more every time they call when placing an order over the phone. They need to get that together because they can lose customers like that. It’s like every time I call of trying to place my order always a difficult time with the same exact man. First of all I wanted to add on my review because this is ridiculous I placed my order on September the 17th. I ordered a large pizza and a half a cheese steak. Its been a hour and I am still waiting on my food. This is crazy the waiting time of receiving you food and I placed my order as soon as they open up. So what’s going on why it’s taking so long to receive my food. I wanted to say I probably don’t order from here anymore well no time soon anyway. Because I tried to place my order over the phone on October the 14th 2025. And the man on the phone were so rude he kept cutting me off when I was letting him know what I wanted. I don’t know if this man is new. But once again he were giving me hard time when placing my order of being rude. So I just hang up the phone and I didn’t wanted anything from here anymore. Because the bad experiences I have to keep going through. That man is so rude. I have been ordering from pizza bolis for years and never had any problems of ordering from here until recently with this rude man. So tonight I hang up the phone and order some where else. Because I am not going keep going through this of keep getting treated poorly. Bad customer service. Hopefully with time there customer service gets back like how it use to be. Because now there customer service is poorly.

First of all I want to start off of saying that I love me some Pizza bolis. I been ordering from them for years now. I ordered me and my daughter something to eat today. Me and my daughter we both have got the cheese steaks combo. I ordered me a chicken shrimp cheese steak and it was so good and our food arrived nice and hot. Also I love pizza bolis customer service they always treat me with respect, and they’re kind of when I always pick up my food or when I place my order over the phone. My daughters they both love there food to.

The worst tasting pizza ever. They cooked the anchovies inside the pizza. The pizza tasted like fish. It was also cold. I called to complain and was told, he told the chef that the anchovies were not to be cooked inside. Acknowledged the mistake and did nothing. No refund just silence. Never will I go back there. $32 wasteful. So upset!!

Good cheesesteaks and pizza. Only issue that I have is that I specifically put delivery instructions indicating not to knock and place my food on the patio table. Everytime, they knock. Tonight, the driver made me sign the credit card receipt. Why? I paid online and included a tip. Why even have the delivery instructions as an option if you’re going to ignore it?
