I have visited Game Changer about 5 times since they opened. While I appreciate all the work they have put in to get operational, I believe they have neglected some of the basics necessary to get a new business up and running successfully. First, while costly to do, ensure you have sufficient staffing, even though initially some may be sitting on their thumbs once in a while. My first complaint concerns their soft serve ice cream. Either their mix formula is off, or their soft serve dispenser temps are set too warm, because it’s impossible for me to even get to the door before it’s dripping down the side of the cone. Secondly, I walked in there this morning to order 2 breakfast sandwiches. I was the only one inside the store except for 1 person actually working there. It was approximately 9:45 AM. They advertise opening at 6 AM. The employee was busy assisting someone at the drive up window, & assured me she would be right with me. 10 minutes later she assured me that she would be right with me shortly. About 5 minutes later, she asked me if I knew what I wanted, which I assured her I did, & gave her my order. She then returned to assisting the person at the drive up, at which time I simply walked out. I don’t blame the employee, but management, for not putting adequate staffing in place. While I do like their pizza, and I believe wholeheartedly in supporting local business, I won’t be back, and place the blame solely on mismanagement. How sad.

Poor service. We waited 45 mins for our food. The girl was very rude when I asked her what was taking so long, her response was “we didn’t know their was an open house”. We then got half our order.
Manager wasn’t even sorry for the mistake.
If your going to have a restaurant in this town maybe you should know the town schedule so you can plan accordingly.
The food I wasn’t impressed with at all. We definitely won’t be back. We will stick with harrisburgers next time.

Update: ordered a prime rib sandwich with au jus which came with mayo on it. What mayo?? Thin crust pepperoni pizza came with a blackened crust and my kids mini corndogs had an added packet of crushed red peppers. Not overly impressed given its been my third visit and each having it’s own set of issues.
Average. Nothing above average and not the best in town but an option.

Food tastes like it was warmed up in a microwave. Exceptionally slow service even when there is almost no one in the building or at the drive thru.
