This is my third review I love Starbucks and for the most part this location does a good job but two days in a row I got a half full cup on a venti latte tried to call the store the store phone has been busy for 2 days couldn’t stop the action on my cash app card because they left it pending for over 12 hours they were very short the other day there was only three people in the store I do understand but that’s a very expensive cup of coffee for sub par service

If I could give more, I would. Typing this out as I’m sitting in the Starbucks. Came in, wasn’t really having a good day. David helping me turned my entire day around and just our conversation was enough to make me believe even in all the bad in the world going on and all the messed up community that we have- David is one of the good ones! I rarely come to Starbucks, but he gave me a reason to! Very great customer service, peaceful interior, I’m coming here more often!

whoever goes by the name “GWY” the guy with many nose piercings, has a TERRIBLE attitude. I’m not sure what was going on with him this morning but he was very dismissive he ignored my husbands questions multiple times. And my drink was also wrong.

Usually no issues with this location, but on 08/31/2025 both of my coffees were big letdowns. Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew was nearly half cream (see pic)… like drinking a milkshake. Salted Caramel Sweet Cream Cold Brew was not filled with coffee and there was tons of cream added… what’s the deal with skimping on coffee?

I love Starbucks, for its caffeine. Two days in a row, coffee was very watered down. Frappe and latte were off too. I love Starbucks too much to leave a review like this. Please don’t do this. You have measuring system. Let me have my full cup of caffeine!

I went through the drive through on my bike and a worker that goes by the name of Gwen told us that we couldn’t go through the drive through so I went inside to order and the decided to not let me. Gwen then walked away very unprofessionally without addressing the situation. I then asked for its name and it took a solid 5 minutes for them to tell me so I could leave a review.

Drive thru only. Hope you enjoy idling your car, wasting gas and breathing exhaust! Not a driver? Starbucks doesn’t want your business. Completely discriminatory against anyone unable to drive due to a disability, unable to afford a car or just choosing not to drive that day. I used to come here while my car was in the shop across the street, guess I’ll go somewhere else.

I usually enjoy my coffee from this location, but I’ve had a recurring issue with the cold foam. It’s rarely the thick, creamy foam it’s supposed to be. It usually looks melted or like it’s leftover from another drink. If I’m paying extra, I expect it to be fresh and made right.
