My boys love this pizza. I’ve been coming here for quite a few years now. Customer service is great , and the staff is always so welcoming and friendly! My boys had already devoured most of the pizza so this is what’s left . The team even gave a thank you card for visiting their establishment.

The employees are attentive and friendly, but every time I’ve gone I’m disappointed in the crust… it’s not a Mr. Jim’s thing, because I’ve loved the crust at other locations and picked them over other pizza places specifically for it. I was really stoked that an recent move brought us right by one. Additionally, the last two times I’ve gone my order has been incorrect, and both times have been when I did not have time to spare to get a corrected pizza. Last order the crust was better, but there were olives and we didn’t ask for olives… I would eat here again, but it won’t be my first choice anymore.

When I started my business in McKinney, I did not think of where the closest pizza delivery business was. I found the only one to be Mr. Jims. We have ordered from them on many an occasion and they have always brought our team a quality product and on time.

Mr. Jims is without a doubt the best affordable/delivery pizza option in the area. Drivers are always friendly, there’s always coupon codes to use to either save a little money or get a little something extra, food is always fresh and tasty. Will always highly recommend the Mckinney location.

I had recently had 2 great experiences here. Then last night completely changed my mind about this Mr. Jims. I walked in and placed an order. Two young men took my order with me telling them both of them which toppings I wanted on my pizza and salad. I pay for my order, I tip, he tells me my order will be ready in 10 or 15 mins. I go outside to wait in my car. Not one other customer shows up during this time. After 15 mins I walk back in to get my order. The same young man that I told my order to 15 mins prior asked you wanted pepperoni and mushroom right? Nope, I specifically said ham and pepperoni and you kept saying mushroom… and I said absolutely not… I don’t eat mushrooms.
He proceeds to walk back to make my order. Apparently, he never made my order because he was unsure of my toppings and it was too hard to walk out to my car and ask me. I was so furious… I should have asked for a refund at that point. To make matters worse I had $10 worth of Braums ice cream in my car that was a milkshake by the time I got it home.
I was so furious by the time I got home. I didn’t even touch the Mr. Jims… I threw it all away! Never again!

The D’Lish Supreme was fantastic. The Nacho Styx were a let down. There was hardly any chicken on it. It seemed mostly just cheese and jalapenos…now the jalapeno ranch dipping sauce was great.
