This wasn’t my first time here, but once again the experience was great. Honestly, I can see myself coming back in the future. I usually don’t go to Kpot when I want a nice sit-down dinner setup because the smoke smell can get into your clothes, but the atmosphere makes it worth it. The best way to explain it is like having a grill and hotpot built into your table; you get to cook your own food, add the ingredients you want, and enjoy as much meat and veggies as you’d like since it’s an all-you-can-eat experience. If you can cook (or at least don’t mind trying), this makes for a meal that’s both fun and delicious. The management team is very friendly and accommodating, especially the manager, who personally checked in with us and made sure we had a great dining experience. As for the food, it’s hard to “rate” since you’re preparing it yourself, but they provide plenty of ingredients, oils, and sauces to work with. However, I did notice a couple of things: there aren’t many condiment choices, and there aren’t really any appetizers at all. But honestly, I still had a great meal! Plus, the prices were pretty reasonable for what I got. Regarding the atmosphere, it’s casual and inviting, making it a great spot for a night out with friends or family. Overall, it’s a fun, interactive dining option if you’re looking for something different than the usual restaurant experience.

2/24 Never been to kpot before was very excited to finally experience it but left kinda disappointed. First we waited quite a bit to have somone take our order finally a kind bartender came over informed us our server was busy he then set us up took our order and told us our server would come over shorty… she never came. Another couple came in after us and the server was checking up on them multiple times throughout the night. I totally get it people fall through the cracks but it was a slow Tuesday night and there were max 3 tables and one was already leaving. The only interaction with her was her asking us for the check at the end. We wanted more drinks, more food, more water, we had money to spend but ended up saying whatever. Dropped 95$ and barely any service. Unfortunately will never go to this location again. As we were leaving saw the bartender and waitress vaping in-front of the restaurant which was the cherry on top.

There was a variety of things to pick, and the service was great. Everyone was very nice especially Ashley and Joanne, I loved how sweet and caring they were throughout the entire experience. I would totally come back again especially for Ashley and Joanne.

I’ve been to several Kpot location but this one is nice. Our server was very accommodating and super friendly. He even offer cupcake to all the father after the bill was paid. We had a large group of 11 and the server ensure he check on us frequently. The only negative thing I have to say is the restaurant not having any butter because the grill kept on getting burn quickly and the beef tastes dried. We were able to order rounds of drinks to the table. If you love hot pot and Korean beef then this is the place for you. Reasonable price if you have a huge appetite other you’re better off going to an actual Korean restaurant and order individual entrees.

Great spot for a family night or even a first date. Busy atmosphere. Meats, seafood and vegetables are fresh. We had a great celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Oh and the kpot bear comes to your booth and they sing happy birthday. So cute.

This is my only place to go, I have tried many different hot pots and bbq or hot pot or bbq alone and I have to be honest that nothing beats Kpot. I drove 2 Hours to NY to eat hot pots but it has no comparison to Kpot. Free sauce bar, plenty of options for meat, seafood, and vegetables. My mouth still watering writing this review. Must try must love it.
