We stopped in around 4:30pm. The food on the buffet was cold and you could tell it had been sitting out for a while. We stayed for about 2 hrs, just trying to enjoy ourselves. We didn’t actually pay that much. My daughter is 11 and she went up a few times for small plates of food and a few time for dessert. My partner and myself had a few plates of food and a single time for dessert. The hot tea was amazing tasting but everytime we asked for another teapot for the 3 of us the server became ruder with each interaction. By the end of our night I couldn’t wait to leave because of the server. When we went to pay the bill, I gave it to my daughter to take to the server. The server literally grabbed the check and card out of my daughter’s hand and said, “Give me that.” Needless to say afterthat I was feeling really unwelcome and didn’t even let my partner use the restroom there. We left and used the restrooms at the Kwik Trip.

Food and price was good. Waitress was really nice and kept our drinks full and table clear. It was a bit to dark and not enough lighting in there. I would recommend to take your family or friends there if you are hungry.

My first time here. If you’ve ever been to Chen’s buffet in West Bend, this place is quite a bit smaller. We were greeted and seated immediately and everything seemed very clean.
There are only two smaller islands of food as compared to Chen’s. However, it is cheaper at $11.99 for an adult dinner buffet.
Overall, I thought everything was very good, especially the crab rangoon and egg rolls.
Everything was filled quickly and for a Friday night, it was much less crowded than Chen’s tends to be.
I have no complaints and will definitely go back again!

New favorite crab rangoon spot! Best crab rangoon I’ve ever had in my life! So freaking delicious and generously loaded with filling, and they’re big too! Their chicken on a stick is also amazing! I literally eat here for those two things because they’re that good! Highly recommend!

Classic chinese food buffet with great extras such as soft serve ice cream. Always good soups with crunchy toppings and chopped scallions to add. Service is friendly. I never order a drink but i must be the only one with how they act in disbelief and everyone that comes by checks again just being helpful!

Really bad food. The fried wantons tasted sour, pork and shrimp fried rice were bright orange in color and tasted really awful. Chicken was dry. Save your money and antacids, eat somewhere else.

I have had multiple times where togo orders are missing something. They do not care or make things right. There is no other place in Hartford so we will be going out of town for it in the future.

Best buffet in town! This has been a favorite of mine for years! They waste no time and are always very welcoming. You walk in and are greeted and eat right away, they are always quick to get you a drink and refills. Atmosphere is great and the staff is always kind and generous!

As far as Chinese restaurants go I would say there isn’t a whole lot of difference. This one I give 5 stars because service is quick, generally friendly, and they have a larger selection of dishes to choose from.
