This is a great new food truck that has opened up! The food is simply exquisite! I stumbled onto the food truck after dinner and yet proceeded to eat the entire portion! The birria was very flavorful! Try them with the broth dip. Also the cookie was great too. I tried the one with coconut in it. Absolutely loved it.

Great tasty food, done right. We had a “Quesabirria” (shredded beef) , a “Quesabirria Cochinita” (shredded pork) and “Como la Dieta Keto” a beef or pork Quesabirria but with a cheese crust instead of tortilla.
