My gravy had dark oil in it, Im not sure if it wasn’t mixed good or why it did, but it looked disgusting. Then this was my cinnamon and raisin biscuit, burnt with a tiny amount of icing.

The workers have tried to keep my change multiple times said they didn’t see it was a 20 The workers will steal your money if your not paying attention make sure you count your change before pulling off which I did and make sure you get a receipt

No customer service here and the food is terrible. I stood in the store for 15 mins no one said anything to me while i watched the chicken tenders sit in the deep fryer basket and the fries. Shift lead acted like he was too good for any customer service fixed my food wrong after 20 min wait. When i brought the food that was wrong back he never said anything to me even after he slid the food across the counter. DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The food was absolute trash . Fries were old , the sweet tea mostly resembled ice water , and the sandwiches seemed almost undercooked . Would recommend almost any other Hardee’s than this one .

I go through here a lot. Very friendly staff and I usually have no problem with food. But I switched up from my usual and got a cinnamon raisin and I guess they forgot the icing? Okay

Horrible!!! Used to be great, but has gotten bad. Slow. Cold food. Bad service. The other morning my gravy was sideways in my bag and the lid was not on good. Then my roast beef sandwich was so wet, it soaked through the bun, the container and the bag before I got a block away. They lost their care and my dollar.
