I enjoyed my time my waitresses were really nice. Ordered food and they didn’t feel like making bacon I guess. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla no bacon or ranch in them and my friend ordered a bacon burger and they said it would take too long to make real bacon so they put some bacon bits on the grill and cooked em up for her. Other than that the food was great. They had shot specials for cheap nasty liquor (so get tore up lol) good prices for beer

I stumbled into Danny’s Irish Pub after a night at Como’s next door, and I’m so glad I did. This place is the definition of a classic dive bar—in the best way possible. The atmosphere is laid-back and genuine, filled with cool people, good vibes, and drinks that don’t break the bank.

As I get older, I’ve really come to appreciate the nostalgia of bars like this—places that feel like a throwback to a different era. Danny’s captures that spirit perfectly. It’s unpretentious, welcoming, and just a great spot to hang out with friends.

If you’re in Ferndale and looking for a low-key, authentic spot with character and cheap drinks, don’t miss Danny’s. Total hidden gem.

We visited Danny’s Irish Pub on a Friday night while barhopping in fashionable Ferndale and had a good time. They had tons of credits in the AMI jukebox for everyone to enjoy whatever music they wanted to play. It’s a nice divy bar pub atmosphere that is different for the area and always a good time.

I ordered food from here today and have never been more disappointed. I paid extra for the waffle fries, they were stale and definitely had been sitting out for a long time. The smash burger had almost no sauce on it which made it just meat and bread with 2 sad slices of pickle. Also ordered an appetizer of the pepper jack balls which looked amazing in the pictures. The order came in a quarter of the size pictured, still delicious. But the amount given was nowhere near worth the $10.99 that they cost. After a long day, all I was craving some some good pub food. If that’s what you’re looking for, don’t come here.

Pretty much a hole in the wall bar. My friends and I would meet here pretty regularly. I actually liked it alot. That kind of changed based on a few occasions and experiences . My friends and I were buying rounds top shelf whiskey shots, however at one point the bartender put the cheaper alcohol in the expensive bottle and attempted to sell it as if it was the better liquor at the same price. So my advice if you go watch out for the dishonesty.

A real dive bar like you see in the movies.

They always have two pinball machines, that seem to be well maintained.

Drinks are strong and reasonably priced.

Restrooms are ok.

Service is fast.

It’s been there forever, and you can raise a toast to the old owner who’s picture still hangs on the wall.

Highly recommend.

Honestly the miserable woman behind the bar was enough for me. Ma’am do better. I would never go back and would advise against anyone else going at all.
You work at a dive bar in Ferndale. Seriously get a grip.

Came in there like it was an Irish Bar but it’s just an dive bar. All the work staff seems like it just came from another work release program. Not worth the time are they energy.
