Really gone downhill. Prices have gone way up and sizes have gotten smaller. We paid $30 for two shredded beef burros with cheese and they were tiny compared to what they used to be. They were bigger when they were included in the meal with the taco-beans/rice couple years back. Almost double the size.
Got it à la carte and it’s insultingly small. Pics don’t do it justice.
It’s one thing to blame the cost of ingredients/food prices on the economy & inflation-but when the food items themselves are smaller and no longer quality-it’s no longer worth it to come here.
Wait time is always long, but food is seemingly fresh & hot.
The drive thru is through an alley and hard on vehicles to be honest.
Staff are kind-but that’s about the only good thing left about Rolbetos.
We will no longer patron here due to the prices and quality/size of food/portions.
Felt robbed leaving this place especially seeing expensive vehicles in the staff parking spots on the way out as we looked in shame at our tiny burritos. We will stick with jalapeños & casa palamino-atleast we get a better bang for our buck there.

Been eating here 3 years and never had a problem, tonight the food was terrible, my chimichanga was filled with mostly onion and very little meat and covered with black guacamole after a 10 minute drive home. Since it was different than usual I was picking the chimichanga apart and this disgusting piece was in there. would have brought all the food back and asked for a refund but they are already closed.

Very disappointed in this place. We had gone there about a year or so and the food was great. So we went there tonight and my food had something black under it. Needless to say I stopped eating it and showed my husband who is a chef. He said it’s mouse poop. So I pulled the rest of the chimichanga up and sure enough there was more underneath. We were disgusted and when we took the food to the counter the girl tried saying it was rice from the flat top. Chimichangas come from the fryer not the flat top. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers!!! We will never return.

I’ve been meaning to try this restaurant for a while since I moved down here this is the second time I’ve ordered from here this time it was tacos. I didn’t take a picture of the first time, but let me tell you the food here is amazing. and the portions are great. Check out these tacos.

I love the food, but they consist the orders wrong. You ask for something and you get something completely different. I repeated what I wanted even at the drive through and when they handed me the order and still wrong. Food prices are expensive, I think they need a new speaker system so you can be understood.

I stopped here on 09/04/2021. This place is not very good. Right off the bat I’ll tell you it’s very similar to every other late-night Mexican taco shop in Southern Arizona. You know, drive-thru, identical menu, similar name..you know what I’m talking about right?
I didn’t care for my #9: 2 Chicken Tacos ($8.99). There was hardly any chicken and what was there was dry and chewy. I’m betting it was reheated. There was absolutely no flavor aside from the hot sauces that I had to drench my tacos in for me to eat. My husbands #8: 3 Bean Tostadas ($8.99) we’re just as bland. I had one bite, and agree his tostadas were stale. The rice and beans were good, but not good enough to warrant a higher rating from me.
Service was nice and quick, hence two stars instead of one. I’m not sure when I’ll be rolling through Coolidge again but if the time ever comes I probably won’t visit Rolbeto’s again.

Just moved up here to Coolidge and absolutely LOVE this taco shop!! The asada meat is so delicious and the fries are to die for. No toppings needed, but definitely order the asada fries. I’m excited to try more menu items in the future!! Thank you for your kindness 🙂
