IF YOU WANT AMAZING AUTHENTIC JAMAICAN FOOD THIS IS THE PLACEEEEEE!!!!!!! guys this place is absolutely incredible and the lady that owns and rent a place is even more incredible. weve been back twice now on our trip just because it’s that good!!!!! the customer service is phenomenal, the lady running it is so sweet. You can tell she puts a lot of time and love into her restaurant. the prices are also amazing!!! less than $20 for a huge plate that feeds both my boyfriend and i and we still have left overs. if you haven’t been, please go this is theeeee best food and customer service i’ve ever had. 15/10 i wish i could give this place 6 stars and bring it back home to tennessee with me.

Simone was so nice! My parents and I stopped during a short outing of some dinner. She said she had limited menu because of the holiday but everything was good. We got oxtail, fried chicken and church chicken. The oxtail was very well seasoned and tender. The fried chicken was also delicious! The cabbage was cooked perfectly for me, soft but still having a little crunch. I will definitely be back when I am in town!

I’ve been going to Bellgordon’s Caribbean Restaurant in Sunrise for a while now, and it’s easily one of my favorite spots. The food is always served hot, and with great flavor.
I tried everything on the menu, but the oxtail dinner is hands down the best on there. It’s tender, seasoned, and the portions are more than generous. It fills you up. Real flavorful food that hit. Go get you something to eat.

If I could give this place 100/5 I would but google wont let me. The food is out of this world, so delicious. I got the brown stew chicken, wasn’t too hungry so I got a small and the portion was absolutely amazing, the cabbage was amazing, alongside the rice and peas. The smell this created in my car is HEAVENLY. Such a phenomenal experience not to mention, the owner is absolutely the sweetest human being ever! If I lived here I’d be here every day.

For starters, the person working was the sweetest woman ever. We got our food incredibly quickly and it tasted absolutely phenomenal. I was skeptical when I saw so many 5 star reviews, but this place deserves it. Our bag with just two things in it probably weighed almost 5 pounds. The portion sizes are far beyond generous. You think it’s generous, and then she piles on even more food, and the food isn’t just huge, it’s delicious. I got the curry goat. The picture I provided doesn’t even properly convey the actual size of the portions, absolutely exceptional. Probably the best experience I’ve had with Caribbean food in a long time.

Simone is a wonderful at heart. She greets each customer as someone know to her individually. She’s always smiling, friendly and patiently wait until the customer to place their order. The food is tasty, always hot, portion size good, presentation excellent and service is always with a smile.

What a great secret we found! We drove all the way from Ft Lauderdale Beach because the reviews were so good. I’m so glad we did! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile and welcome from the woman behind the counter. Everything was so clean and organized, I was impressed! We got a lunch brown stew chicken and the oxtail, because that’s what he always wants but usually isn’t offered in a lunch option. Totally worth it! The food was so delicious, and you could tell that she put her heart in her cooking. Oxtail was so tender and the stewed chicken was the best I’ve had outside of Jamaica. We will probably go back today because she’ll have stewed peas, plantains, and mac and cheese available. And the juice tasted like real fruit. It was bottled in Kingston, of course. We will definitely be back when we get to the area. Thank you so much!

The food was incredibly flavorful and authentic—clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. The menu included rice and peas, jerk chicken, escovitch fish, oxtails, curry chicken, and tossed salad, and every single dish was delicious. The meats were tender and well-seasoned, and the balance of flavors was amazing.
On top of the incredible food, the customer service was excellent—professional, friendly, and very accommodating. They made the entire catering process smooth and stress-free, which made our Christmas celebration even more special. Bellgordon’s truly delivered on both taste and service. I highly recommend them for catering or dining if you want top-tier Caribbean cuisine!

This is one of best Jamaican food I ever came across since living in the USA. The food does not taste like you’re eating from a fast food restaurant, it literally taste like those meals grandma use to make real authentic and flavorful.
Let’s talk about the hospitality Simone is awesome. My first time there and I felt like I’m one of her committed customers. I recommend anyone who visits south Florida to try this restaurant.
