Wow. So a couple weeks ago we ordered 2 pizzas and one pizza they gave us was the wrong one. Manager told my wife she would give us a free one next time. Wife went by just now and got the 3rd degree and left with no pizza. We don’t get pizza here very often because the quality is mediocre. We won’t go back.

Ordered the family box and only received 1 pizza tried to contact Uber Eats they said there was nothing they could do for me called the store and the manager said to call Uber Eats. I am pretty sure you know you only made 1 pizza and sent it to me but ok my learning experience but never I do mean NEVER again with them or Uber Eats. The manager wouldn’t even speak with me on the phone they told the employee to tell me to co tact Uber Eats. Very poor customer service.

Placed an order last Wednesday, December 10 never received the order was told that there was no delivery drivers received a call Monday at 2:09 PM from a manager named Deja for a random survey on how my service went, I told her I never received my orderand she told me that she was crediting my account $20 so I can place my order for the deal on Wednesday now when I call the place the order the first representative tell me that it’s a $12 Credit when she confirmed to me it was a $20 Then when I get escalated, they say that they have no information on a credit at all the store doesn’t answer the phone. They’re very unprofessional and definitely need something done about the situation.

New Macland rd location if there was an option for 0 stars they would have it for sure. My order was cold and completely wrong. When I finally placed an order after having to place repeatedly due to customer service telling me they were having technical issues online. My order immediately said it was ready for pick up because the store wants to improve their time getting food out or at least appear that they are. After getting my cold wrong pizza I called the store to inform them and the heavy set Caucasian women who has been there a long time was extremely rude and hung up on me 3 times and refused to give me her name or store number claiming that she does not know the store number so that I could contact corporate. I was told to contact Dean by someone else they was hung up on again I know the woman who answered the phone because I have had several issues with her before. I just never reported her until now. I will not stop until she is fired because there is no way she should be working there, but that probably won’t happen because she has been there so long. People work hard for their money, and in no way should they be treated that way. They will not ever get my money at that location again. Save your money and go to Papa Johns

The person that both made my pizza and rang me out clearly doesn’t like her job. If it hadn’t been for the delivery driver going in and finding her I would’ve been standing at the front for a while. I said I had an online order and she just stared at me as if I was bothering her. I get it now that she was waiting for me to give her my name but I was put off by her “don’t bother me vibe”. Once I snapped out of feeling slighted, I had the opportunity to enjoy an undercooked thin crust pizza (how does one under cook a thin crust??).

Anyway, I know it was later in the day (around 9pm) but that shouldn’t make a difference. I actually had stopped going to this location years ago because of the quality of the pizza. Add in how bad the service was last night and I’m done.

As a high end google reviewer, I certainly read a lot of the recent reviews for this location of Pizza Hut. Im not piling on to the already negative reviews that seem to dominate the recent timeline. What I suggest is the owner of this franchise seriously should understand that if things are going south? He’s man enough to find a way to correct the negative that is clearly being stated.

If not well good luck staying in business!

Update a year later… The food and service have both improved. My neighbor and I are now considering Pizza Hut one of the top pizza places around. . I don’t think my review had anything to do with it, but something is definitely changed. Thank you.

I ordered two medium pizzas and apple pies. The pizzas were delivered, but the driver informed me she would return with the pies. Later, I missed a call from the store, and when I called back, the representative offered me a store credit. I did not pay with store credit, and I do not want one.

No one contacted me in advance to let me know the apple pies were unavailable. That alone is unacceptable. On top of that, the store manager falsely claimed she called me to inform me but that was only after the driver left my house.

I was told a refund could not be issued—only store credit—which I find completely unacceptable. I paid for an item I never received, and I expect a refund issued in the same manner I paid. Because of the poor communication, the false claims, and the refusal to issue a proper refund, I do not plan to shop with your store again.

Here is an update: they did refund my money but I had to reach out to them.

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas and one of the new flatzz to try it out. I don’t often eat pizza hut, but wanted to try something different. Well, the better option would have been cardboard.

I have NEVER had pizza that hurt my teeth to chew. I don’t have issues with my teeth. I don’t have issues chewing beef jerky. But this, these pizzas were TOUGH. I thought they just needed a new cutter and was annoyed about cutting the pizza myself, but no, it was the pizza. You better have some razor blades for teeth.

As far as the flatzz go, not only was that bread no better, but it was overcooked and COATED in seasoning. We got the chicken bacon ranch. Was the seasoning supposed to be ranch? I don’t really know. Also not cut.

If this was my only experience with pizza hut, I would NEVER order anything from them again.

I tried to call the store to see what was up and why it was so bad. After three calls and it just ringing until it disconnected, I gave up.

Ordered for delivery and been waiting for my order almost 3 hours later, stuck at “preparing” and I have not received it. Not too sure if it’s because it’s the weekend, or understaffed, I never had this happened during all those times I ordered from this location, my orders were always delivered 30 to 45 minutes from the time I put them in. Most time the pizzas taste good, but sometimes I receive them stale or crunchy.

I had a coupon for a free large pizza, I decided to use it at this store and so very glad I did.
My pizza was delicious!!!!!!
