I ordered a chicken pupusa that was slightly charred on the outside and it was not very warm either which is essential to get that cheese pull. When I pulled it apart there was a LONG STRAND OF BLONDE HAIR that was inside with no cheese pull. I was immediately sickened. I was so hungry and didn’t have time to take the food back to get a refund so I was going to take the L and move on. That was until I opened up the pupusa and found ANOTHER STRAND OF HAIR! This time it was black. I was shocked and disgusted. I understand things happen when humans are preparing food that’s why hairnets need to be mandatory as part of safe food handling. Using a lint roller to catch any shed strands of hair on clothing should be a regular practice for anyone preparing or serving food. I will not be returning.

Who would have known!? Tucked away all nice and quiet. Nice little place that was unassuming when I first walked in. There is extra seating in the back along with a fully stocked bar! The food was fresh and easily beat out many of the other Latino/Mexican Restaurants I have been to. This might just as well be my new favorite place!!

This small, hole-in-the-wall spot is truly a hidden gem! It’s clear they have a huge local following, as evidenced by the steady stream of to-go orders. The food is authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. While the place could use a bit of remodeling, it’s easy to understand why they might not have time to close for renovations with such high demand!

The wait for our food was pretty long. So im hoping there was a lot of call ins?
My food was great I got something called a pupusas! Kids food was good. They have refried black beans.yum!
My husband got the California. He said was very good, until we found a long hair in the burrito. That was a real bummer. I definitely want to give this place another shot. We told the waitress. No discount was given and thats fine but I hope this doesn’t happen again.

This place has the best Tacos in all of the 757, been to many Mexican restaurants and taquerias, and this one takes the cake. The carne asada is incredibly flavorful and the tortillas warm and sturdy. Just wow.

I wanted to give it a 5 star, but the ambiance inside the restaurant is meh. The service is slow, and they took their time to serve the food. Food wise, it was delicious, but sadly, they do not offer chips and salsa here. It is an authentic Mexican restaurant but we’ll not be coming back here.

Being from Cali, this is by far the closest we have come to find decent street style tacos. Still on the hunt, but this place was not a disappointment! Was nice not to have that tex-mex white cheese sauce poured over everything!

Me and my wife were in the mood for some good authentic tacos and we’re got lucky we found this amazing restaurant my wife doesn’t always end up finishing her food but this time the food was so amazing and on point I was shocked she ate everything will highly recommended you can see the before and after pictures
