The girl taking the orders who thinks she’s a good manager should go through some actual management classes. This place could be a well functioning business as it used to be back in the day, now this place sucks. The service sucks and the food is terrible! They should be ashamed of themselves and the bathrooms are totally disgusting, you can imagine what everything else looks like…

Worst customer service I’ve had in my entire life, ANYWHERE! The employees were apathetic and either complaining about customers or playing on their phones. I had to wait in the lobby 40+ minutes in order to get my food (5 burgers, 2 fries, 1 chili, 1 salad), after I had placed my order to be ready ‘ASAP’ via the app and drove 15 minutes to get there. I did not raise my voice or insult anyone – yet when I finally got my food and asked to speak with the manager, the employees yelled back that I was “screaming” for a manager (very mockingly…), the manager walks over, smirks at me and says “have a nice day…” as insultingly as possible, then turns around & walks away. I will NEVER step foot in this Wendy’s EVER again in my life – good luck staying open with the kind of service you provided today!

This wendys location should be a complete embarrassment for the entire company and the fast food industry. I have canceled at least 4-5 online orders that i was going to pick up at the drive thru. I have canceled them due the store being closed 3 hours early for whatever reason, twice i thought the store was closed but it actually wasn’t. I just waited at the speaker for 5 minutes for nothing. Recently i canceled because i was told they were no longer taking orders, something happened in the parking lot i have no idea how that affected the orders but whatever. and the most recent time i canceled, despite plenty of workers in the store, no cars moved in the drive thru in 4 minutes.
Each time i cancel my order, burger king earns my business.
This store deserves 0 stars. It would do better for the community if it was a bank. At least they could operate reliably.
Oh and i never got a call back after calling corporate.

I am not even kidding. It only took 1 minute to order and receive the food for my boyfriend and I!! SO FAST. The customer service was excellent. super super nice staff and very respectful. I had such a great experience, I just had to write a positive review. Get these people raises!

This location needs to close. They are not properly staffed and therefore the food takes forever and the staff is always frustrated and rude. We went through the drive through and were at the speaker for 10 mins when they finally said it will be another 5 minutes. When we said we have already been waiting 10 they said then go somewhere else. I won’t be going back because it’s not worth dealing with rude employees

I went through the drive thru with my children because it was 5 degrees outside. When I pulled up to the speaker, the employee said “Please come inside.” I wasn’t expecting this so I said, “Excuse me?” So she repeated, “Please come inside.” I then said, “Is the drive thru closed?” Again, “Please come inside.” Since I still didn’t receive an answer I said, “Am I not able to order at the drive thru?” Then the employee said, “I don’t have time for this back and forth with you. Go get your food somewhere else!” I have never been spoken to like that at a restaurant before. I guess she got her wish. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. So rude and unfortunate.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Ordered on the app and went to get my food. The door was locket at 730pm and no one brought my food out. I waited 20 mins and called them and they still didn’t make my food. Waited another 20 mins and went through the drive through and was told they still hadn’t made my food and to pull forward. Waited there another 20 mins so over an hour at this point to be told that my food still wasn’t done and that there’s no way I waited for an hour even though my receipt had a time when I ordered my food on it (734pm) and at this point it was 845pm. So I told them to cancel my order and they still took my money and never gave me my food.
Edit: it has now been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten my money back. They’re just stealing from people at this point.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Waiting on order for over 20 min as they have a social hr with someone that doesn’t even work there. Then somehow lost my order and it was my fault to expect to get what I paid for. Manager is absolutely ignorant and she has no place in customer service. Employees are a product of that “leadership”. Close this disgusting place down! Absolutely filthy as well. Never again.

They are rude and take forever to get you the correct food! Was handed multiple different orders that were incorrect. Then got my correct food and it was cold. Won’t be returning to this restaurant.
