We stopped here for Chinese food while on a road trip, and the food was surprisingly good. We ordered the Mongolian beef and the garlic chicken, and both dishes tasted great. The Mongolian beef was very tender and flavorful. Each dish comes with a side of rice, which makes it a really good value.
We spent around $35 for two people, the portions were generous, and the rice was cooked really well. Overall, it was a very satisfying stop during our trip.

The food, service and atmosphere are exceptional. We have had our usual Chinese restaurants in South Salem forever but their food quality went downhill since the pandemic. Enter Chopstick Bros. The food, in particular the veggies, were so fresh and delicious. The servings are huge so definitely worth it for the price. I had Kung Pao chicken and my wife had Hawaiian chicken. Both absolutely delicious. Along with amazing potstickers for an appetizer. We’ll be back often and we highly recommend this great restaurant.

Had an awesome experience here with my wife. The soups we ordered were fantastic and the entrees were the same. Austyn is an amazing server and did a great job. My wife and I were blown away with the service and quality of food.

I stopped by unexpectedly, but everything was delicious, and service from the male server was great! Everything looked so scrumptious that we even ordered a few extra plates while we were there; just to try more. Our favorites were the Lanzhou Noodles (add some of the pho sauce on it), spicy wontons (probably the best I’ve had), and the Chow Mein was so good They’re seriously addictive!
My only cons were very preference based, like the Singapore noodles were a little heavy on the curry, and the orange chicken is the one that’s on the sweeter side! But aside from that, I would 100% go back!

Came here for the end of lunch. Prices are excellent in my opinion for the amount of food you get and the quality. The food came out very fast and tasted very fresh except for my crab puff, which was actually cold on the inside. General Tsao chicken is what I always order from Chinese food places, and I must say that this is the best flavor I’ve had so far. I asked to have it extra spicy, which they did, but the spice was still underwhelming. The flavor though was excellent! The egg fried rice was also very good, light and fluffy. The place is very clean and still very new looking. I gave 4 stars on service because it took a while for our server to get around to us, and there were only a few tables seated. We were also forgot about when we asked for extra sweet and sour sauce.
Other than those few nit picks, I can’t complain. I will definitely come back to try some other food items. I would recommend this place to everyone to try.

This was our first time eating here after family & friends recommended it to us. Very large portions its a great value. I had the spicy noodle soup, delicious , I had enough left over for at least two more meals.

First time here. Great experience. Food was fresh and delicious. The service was attentive and the prices were fair. I really enjoyed the Kung Pao chicken. Plenty of fresh veggies, not just onions and celery like you get at some places. Looking forward to a return trip to try something different.

The service was good and everyone worked with a smile and great attitude. I really enjoyed the interior look of the restaurant and all of the plants! The food was great and delicious. I would say my favorite was the Beijing zhajiang noodle dish and the tingling spicy beef appetizer. Overall a great addition to Salem, and would love to come back again to try more noodle dishes! My only comment would be the possible adjustment of spice levels on the food. I would have loved an extra spicy option! :))

Decent Chinese food. I ordered hot & sour soup, lo mein, and orange chicken. Flavors were neutral for everything, so this restaurant would be great for someone who has a particular palette for spices. Hot & sour soup is a must for me when I go to a Chinese restaurant, this soup was pretty heavy on the sesame oil and I was unsure about it. Not sure I’ll be back due to preference, but it’s nothing against the restaurant. Neutral rating for the neutral food.
