The breakfast burrito I got had potatoes that weren’t fully cooked. I don’t know if the cook was in a rush or if they just didn’t time it right. But I know for certain 2 out of the 4 burritos were undercooked.

They advertise with a giant sign ON the location that their drive thru is open 24 hours; got to their location at 10pm to find that not only is the drive thru closed, but the entire restaurant is closed too. Don’t advertise that you are 24 hours when you’re not, straight lying to would be customers.

Ordered a Shredded Beef burrito and instead received what looks like a carnitas burrito with onions and green bell peppers. There was HARDLY any meat. The majority of the burrito was the onions and peppers which I did not want. The meat was also very plain and dry. Very disappointed to spend $8 for something I didn’t order, and for it be completely flavorless (onions and peppers included).

Got 2 bean and cheese burritos with an order of 5 rolled tacos. For starters there was no CHEESE in the Bean and CHEESE burritos, the beans had no salt it was like a flavorless paste wrapped in a bad tortilla and carelessly thrown together. The rolled tacos didn’t have any guacamole and barely had any meat. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location which sucks because it’s 5 minutes from my house.

I usually drive to the one on St. Mary’s which is a 15 minute drive from my house because for some reason they have better tortillas and their food and customer service is better all together.

The reason I’m leaving a review is because I think this location can do a lot better in regards to quality in service and food

My wife’s carne asada burrito had a long piece of string in it. Similar to yarn but it is difficult to identify the exact makeup. We would always go to Los Betos but it has gone down hill over the years. We decided to try it again and instantly regretted it. My burrito was cold and lacked flavor and of course there is the issue of the string in my wife’s burrito. Needless to say we will never again order food from Los Betos again! There are way too many other places to eat in Tucson.

Customer service was good but the food? It used to be amazing. I bought super nachos and posole for 20$ the chips were stale and no meat in posole just hominy and juice. Tried calling several times no answer. Waste of my time and money.

Horrible , disgusting food. Took one bite of the taco and spit it out it was so bad. Tortillas weren’t cooked all the way and the tacos were cold. The meat was nasty , dry , crunchy like it had been left out all day. The employee was rude and wouldn’t even open the window to talk to me . Do not recommend eating here.
