The staff was friendly and were always willing to help. Drink recs were good and the pho was delicious as usual. The small size is a lot. The regular will need a go bowl. Share the large. I’ve been back multiple times. Get the Hanoi hammer.

This place has a great atmosphere kind of a California feel. Great drinks. The food was D’Lish, I had the brisket and mushroom and loved it. The portions were big but this is not a dish that you can save for later… it was too salty when I tried to eat it later.

Not sure if I can say this considering I’ve only been in Birmingham for a little over a week. This is my new favorite place. I ordered the B4 dish and Curry soup. The food was very light, flavorful, and worth the price. The serving sizes are more than enough for the price. The staff was very friendly, which was a bonus. Not sure if I would call this a hole in the wall place, but I was tempted to pass them up but since I wanted something healthier and lighter to eat I decided to give them a try. I’ll definitely come back numerous times to try more dishes.

Walking in, it’s very clean gave off a hipster vibe, but everyone was very friendly
Dumpling sound was REALLY good, but the pho itself wasn’t anything special, the soup wasn’t as hot as it should been and the broth was weak.

My first visit was very good. I got the House special of pork, and noodles with sauces and topped with mini egg rolls and a side if salad.

I would definitely visit again.

Great food….fresh and clean. Something to be said about being able to see your ingredients. Hot tea, Korean style French dip and chicken pho have done me right.

I got the Vietnamese sandwich when I was here. It was pretty good. The service was quick and very friendly. Another thing that I liked was the parking. It was way convenience than parking on the street. By the way, it’s the World Cup season and they lived the match here. A good way to enjoy lunch and not to skip soccer.

I love the vibe of the place. It’s very relaxed and welcoming. I came in to order to go and the hostess and bartender were both very friendly. I was offered water while I waited and food came out promptly.

I got the coconut curry soup with chicken and pork dumplings and both were fantastic. The coconut curry soup was full of flavour and the noodles were perfect.

Would definitely recommend.

This location has been everything from a lesbian bar to an alternative music venue. It has quite a storied history. However, this newest iteration is chock full of fresh, delicious, sumptuous, expertly crafted food. The beer menu is impressive, but it looks like their stock in trade is the whiskey/bourbon listing. It’s quite extensive. The interior is clean and spacious, with a whole back wall covered in a mural that presents a whimsical take on Birmingham. There are also covered and uncovered outside tables, and there’s also some impressive landscaping in the outside dining areas, and at the front entry. The menu is paired down and not as extensive as the primary location in the suburbs off U. S. Hwy 280, but the food is still just as divine. And, it’s not expensive! This is a great place for lunch, Sunday brunch, a dinner date, a family outing, or just simply to unwind after work.
