The food is amazing, known for their burgers and they don’t disappoint! Thin burgers and good fries. Not a lot of room in there but I think it’s mostly drive thru, not sure. Prices went up due to inflation but hell, that’s everywhere! It’s totally worth it, it’s right down the street from me, also close to Rock Springs where you can eat at a picnic table. Perfect spot off the interstate. You don’t really interact with the staff so no comments on that. I’ll be back for sure though, thanks guys! Peanutbutler80 tiktok

Whenever I see a roadside Muffler Man, I am suddenly hungry for a burger and ice cream.
On my way back from Bethany, I ended up in Macon and couldn’t resist the allure of a double Krekel burger with cheese (mustard, mayo, tomato and pickle). This franchisee did the Krekel family proud ! Nice crispy edged burger and fresh fries !
Since this is a Dr Pepper shop, I started with a Dr Pepper…but ultimately ordered a large rootnbeer float for dessert.. TO GO.
I also like that they have an old Wendy’s sign on top of the building…. lol…

Not sure why prices are double at this one compared to the other locations. The staff is always short/rude to the customers. Not to mention taking 30 minutes to make a burger and fries. I’ll just go to the other locations from now on.

These kids should be teaching the other Krekels in the area how to make a burger. Consistently well cooked burgers. Somehow crispy and crusty patties while still being juicy. Seasoned well. Fast service.
A fast food burger that’s better and cheaper than most sit down restaurants. Proof that not all krekels are the same. This one shadows the rest. Management really needs to take note and keep those kids happy because they are killing it.

Google says they are open until 8 pm on Saturday. We arrived at 6:55 and walked in. They informed us at the window we could not eat inside because their dining room closes at 7. It’s not posted ANYWHERE that the dining room closes at 7. Another lady in front of us IN A WHEELCHAIR was also forced to eat outside. I could understand shutting things down with 30 minutes to go, but an hour, really? At 7:20 we finished our burgers and I wanted a cone. I went to the door and sure enough it was closed. A guy cleaning inside opened it and asked if I needed anything. I said I just wanted a cone. He told me to go through the drive through. As you can see in the picture I’m now behind a truck with five people ordering full meals, just so I can order one cone. This is customer service at its worst. I won’t be back to this location. Please change your policy or at bare minimum post your hours clearly.
Update: I let the girl at the window know my opinion on this issue. I was firm, but did not cuss or yell. She offered no apology or excuse, and shut the window in my face.

Awesome place, great food and friendly service. Can’t go wrong with the double cheeseburgers and the cheese balls. I would share a picture but I devoured everything before I thought about it We drove from Pana just to grab dinner if that tells you how good it is!

Went here today to get a burger and milkshake. Incredibly slow service and rude workers. Ordered a chocolate chip milkshake at the speaker, and when I got to the window they said they didn’t have chocolate chips when the menu clearly stated they did. I asked what other shake options they serve, and the boy at the window said chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, or lemon. I know that they have more than that, but they are possibly too lazy t make it. I get it, you are super busy and probably short staffed, but no need to be short tempered with paying customers. On top of this, my single cheeseburger and medium milkshake was 15 dollars and I was over charged. Super unhappy and do NOT recommend. Go to the Mt Zion one, it is much better!

I’ve given this place numerous tries. It always takes forever to get through the drive thru and they almost always miss something in our order. We went through tonight and both of our corndogs were very cold. We tried to call to make it right but nobody answered the phone both times we called.

Burger was delicious but it took 20 minutes for them to make 2 hamburgers and one order of onion rings and no one was ahead of us and 2 sweet teas 2 hamburgers and one order of onion rings cost $32.00.
