Ordered a McChicken and a Double Cheeseburger. I got a McChicken and a bun wrapped in a Double Cheeseburger wrapper. I don’t get how somebody could make this mistake. I was hoping this location would be good, but now I have lost all hope for it.
Oh, no napkins either, but I guess you don’t need napkins if all they serve you is a bun when you ordered a Double Cheeseburger.
Update: I’ve been here four times since they opened and they have managed to get my order correct once. This is not rocket surgery.

Never thought I’d leave a review about a McDonald’s but here I am…
I’ve been to this location 4 times since it opened and have yet to have a bad experience. The fries here are the bet McDonald’s fries I’ve had yet and the rest of the food is McDonald’s food. I haven’t been inside so I can’t tell you anything about the cleanliness or drive through but this location 100% serves the BEST McDonald’s food.

My child was excited about the new Changables toy in the Happy Meal starting today. However, the toy in the Happy Meal was from a previous campaign. I tried calling and staff member apparently could not understand that the toy received was not the current Changeables toy; apparent language barrier. I suggested that their menu be changed until this location received the current Happy Meal advertised. The toy received is from 2024, Mariokart 8 Deluxe.

We ordered on 3/1/26 and for the first time ever we tried Mcdelivery and this McDonalds got our order wrong we paid $3+ for a coffee and both were wrong. Even though we added on our order what exactly we wanted in our coffees. Accuracy matters!!! Especially when you’re paying such high prices for cheap watered down coffee like McDonalds does with their coffee.

Every single time I’ve ordered a cheeseburger here I’ve gotten chicken nuggets. The staff here does not speak English. I have no problem with that but if you’re not gonna train your staff on what the TOP item is on the menu at any McDonald’s in the US, then that is a huge problem with the ownership/management. I even made sure I repeated myself about five times for them to understand what a “cheeseburger” was and they still gave me the wrong order. So frustrating.

I frequent McDonald’s, so will update as necessary.
For now, I will say you had a golden opportunity with this new location, but you brought on the employees from the poorly-rated local McDonald’s. I was excited for new faces and freshly trained employees. Hopefully they do better with this one than they do with Rosemount and AV good luck!

Ordered fries without salt, got fries Luke warm to cold. Brown overcooked greasy cold fries. Absolutely disgusting. Quality is terrible. That was not a fresh batch of fries. I have ordered fries in the past without salt and you could not even eat them without letting them cool off. This was a old batch letting them sit till someone came in. I want a free batch of fries. Just fries made the right way. The rest is not the issue. Just disgusting fries. Make it right.

People really came on here talking about nothing saying it was bad this that and the other the customer service was good. The food is just like every other McDonald’s like it wasn’t that expensive cause I used my app but people really came on here just they don’t even know what they’re talking about. Can’t believe im writing a negative review for a McDonalds but here we are. I just tried to enter the lobby and the doors are locked though it’s supposed to be open until 11pm. It’s not even 8pm. Not everyone wants food from the drive through especially in winter when it’s gonna go cold before you get home. I have been here once before and was pretty disappointed that you have to ask for refills. What ever this new model McDonalds is going for its a colossal fail and they need better less lazy employees who feel

Felt like I was back in the ’80s having to do my own McDonald’s order. There wasn’t even a pop machine to get refills as I had to ask the worker for a refill. Came here with my son and his two friends and somehow they forgot one person’s order entirely…. Stay away go to Taco Bell and have a better day. This McDonald’s was a quick money grab and that’s why they put it in.
